★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe and clean and, most of all, convenient for the money they charge especially for a long term parking. The U6 is just about 200m away so you can reach downtown in about 15-20 minutes. I left my car here, went downton, used public transportation, returned after about 5 days, collected car and head back home. Very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, a man on the informations, we were talking by phone,was very rude and shouted at me. He yelled at me, that I didn't understand the directions, where to park for € 3.60 / 24 hours. Then I started yelling at him, that he even listened me, what I wanted. I parked on 4 floors for 5 hours and paid 50 €. The space for 3,60€/24 hours is enough big for 6 cars....I do not understand, why they do not have written in English, as in most countries have. How many people speak German? The next day, and the day after I parked on the street 200 m away ... for free. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE!!!
My friends in Austria contacted them and the garage paid me 3 weeks later€ 50 back, for which my friends thanked them on my behalf! Good gesture, thank you!

Left my car here frequently, when driving into the city was no option because of silly traffic during certain times.
Metro is just across the road and at the food stand on the corner, you pick up a snack for the road. Consuming food on the metro is not allowed, but welcome to Vienna (where no one cares).
