Dort sollte man auch nicht arbeiten. Zero goodwill, such a horrible operation damages the entire economy. The management must be ashamed of this corporate culture. You shouldn't work there either.
D	Dyre Espana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Firma macht sehr sehr dubiose Sachen. Sind schon negativ beim Konsumentenschutz, VKI und beim Inkassobüro bekannt. Sie geben einen nicht mal die Zeit zu reagieren. Der Brief mit der Rechnung, an den Lenker, wird nach der Übergabe an das Inkasso Büro versendet. Wie soll man da bitte reagieren. Nicht jeder hat täglich Zeit auf den Brief von Park&Control zu warten. In unserem Fall war der Besitzer des Autos nicht mal im Innland sondern auf Geschäftsreisen. Entweder ist die Firma sehr realitätsfern oder sie machen das ganze bewusst und absichtlich da sie absolute Kapitalisten sind und keine Menschlichkeit kennen. Auch die Uhrzeit zum erreichen ist doch absichtlich ausgewählt. Ein normaler Mensch der Arbeitet kann nicht immer innerhalb von 10:00-12:00 sich bei ihnen melden. Zudem ist es schon sehr suspekt das gleich das Beschwerde Management abhebt. Das sagt ja schon alles. Und was die ganzen Parkflächen für die Umwelt bedeutet möchte ich hier nicht im Detail eingehen. Eine Firma die absolut keinen Mehrwert bietet und eher mehr dazu beiträgt Leben und die Umwelt zu zerstören. Schade das solche Geschäftsmodell in Österreich möglich sind. Die Geschäftsführung muss ja ganz stolz auf sich sein und alle Mitarbeiten sollten sich überlegen was sinnvolleres mit ihre Leben an zu stellen. Die Person die abhebt ist auch sehr unfreundlich, Emphati kennst sie anscheinend nicht und legt einfach auf. Eigentlich -5 Sterne geht aber leider nicht. ☺️ This company does very, very dubious things. Are already known to be negative at consumer protection, VKI and the debt collection agency. Not everyone has time to wait for the letter from Park & Control every day. In our case, the owner of the car was not even in the country but on business trips. Either the company is very far from reality or they do the whole thing consciously and deliberately because they are absolute capitalists and know no humanity. The time to reach it is also chosen on purpose. A normal person who works cannot always contact you within 10: 00-12: 00. In addition, it is very suspicious that the complaint management takes off. That says it all. And I don't want to go into detail here about what all the parking areas mean for the environment. A company that offers absolutely no added value and rather contributes more to the destruction of life and the environment. It's a shame that such a business model is possible in Austria. The management must be very proud of themselves and all employees should think about something more meaningful to do with their lives. The person who answers is also very unfriendly, Emphati doesn't seem to know them and just hangs up. Actually, however, -5 stars is not possible. ☺️
