Die Filialleitung lässt zu wünschen übrig Lehnt an der kassa begrüßt wird man schon garnicht wenn man dann eine Frage hat bekommt man eine schnippische Antwort mit das haben wir nicht nur online und das wars keine Beratung keine alternative.... Das war das letzte mal das ich bei Douglas eingekauft habe . Disasters club .. Wollte mir Foundation kaufen, die meisten Tester waren schmutzig. Bin dann zur Konkurrenz gegangen.. I was with you this afternoon and was the only customer - a) not even welcomed and b) did not offer me any of the 3 staff help, were probably too busy while gossiping. I wanted to buy Foundation, most of the testers were dirty. I went to the competition ..

Den Artikel, den ich schon länger gesucht habe, hat es im Geschäft nicht gegeben und die Verkäuferin hat mir angeboten, ihn hier im Geschäft versandkostenfrei online zu bestellen. Zahlen konnte ich sofort bequem im Geschäft. Gleich am nächten Tag ist mein Packerl schon angekommen. Ich war zwar nicht daheim, konnte aber online vermerken, dass der Postler das Packerl auf der Terrasse abstellt. Super Service! Die kostenlose Hautanalyse dort kann ich auch empfehlen! Frau Nadja M. ist uns aus dem Geschäft nachgerannt um uns zu sagen dass das anfassen eines Parfums von meinem 2 jährigen Sohn !LEBENSBEDROHLICH! sein kann aufgrund der COVID19 Situation. Sogar mein kleiner Sohn hatte sich beim hineingehen die Hände desinfiziert und war die ganze zeit bei mir im Arm. Ein Parfum hat er angefasst und es kam zu dieser Situation, wahrscheinlich weil wir das Geschäft verlassen haben ohne etwas zu kaufen, da die Dame sichtlich überfordert war uns Partnerparfums als Geschenke zu finden. Ein passendes Gegenstück war für die feine Dame viel zu schwierig zu finden... It doesn't get any worse! Help equals 0! Mrs. Nadja M. ran after us from the shop to tell us that touching a perfume from my 2 year old son! LIFE THREATEN! may be due to the COVID19 situation. Even my little son had disinfected his hands when he went in and was with me the whole time in my arms.
