★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich ist das Personal freundlich, aber! Wir hatten eine recht teure Jacke zur Reinigung gegeben, diese kam jedoch ohne Knöpfe und das Band vom Zipp abgerissen zurück. Erst war nur meine Freundin dort und die Mitarbeiter wollten die Reklamation nicht mal anerkennen oder nachfragen.
Ich musste erst mit Anwalt und Verbraucherschutz drohen damit das Personal sich dazu genötigt sah den Vorgesetzten anzurufen. Dann wurde unsere Reklamation zumindest mal schriftlich an die Putzerei übermittelt.
Ende des Liedes war, dass nach unzähligen Versprechungen und 2 Monaten verhandeln und drohen ein 30€ Gutschein (~10% des Kaufpreises der Jacke) für die Putzerei angeboten wurde.
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!
Einen Stern für die zumindest annehmbar höflichen Mitarbeiter.
Basically the staff is friendly, but! We had given a rather expensive jacket to be cleaned, but it came back without buttons and the tape torn from the zip. At first only my girlfriend was there and the staff didn't even want to acknowledge the complaint or ask.
I first had to threaten a lawyer and consumer protection so that the staff felt compelled to call the manager. Then our complaint was at least once sent in writing to the cleaning shop.
The end of the song was that after countless promises and 2 months of negotiation and threatening a 30 € voucher (~ 10% of the purchase price of the jacket) for the cleaning shop was offered.
Absolutely not to be recommended!
One star for the at least reasonably polite staff.
