Ich rate wirklich jedem ab, in diese Apotheke zu gehen, wenn man eine respektvolle Behandlung erwartet. Ich hatte jetzt bereits zum dritten Mal ein unangenehmes Erlebnis mit der Dame (Apothekerin?) , die dort arbeitet. Herablassend, mit eiserner Miene und Befehlston. Man kommt sich in dieser Apotheke trotz Rezept als Bittsteller vor und ich finde es unerhört, wie hier mit Kunden gesprochen wird! Die jüngeren Damen (Apothekerhelferinnen?) verstehen ihre Arbeit wirklich sehr gut und die Dame, die sich erlaubt mit Kunden zu sprechen, als wäre sie die Chefärztin vom Dienst, sollte sich wirklich von ihren jüngeren Kolleginnen etwas abschauen. Ich bin wirklich entsetzt von dem Umgang und empfehle dringend eine Mitarbeiterschulung für diese Dame. I had previously written a similar review, which apparently was deleted. I really advise everyone not to go to this pharmacy if you expect respectful treatment. For the third time now, I had an unpleasant experience with the lady (pharmacist?) Who works there. Condescending, with an iron face and commanding tone. You feel like a supplicant in this pharmacy despite a prescription and I find it incredible how people talk to customers here! The younger women (pharmacist assistants?) Really understand their work very well and the lady who allows herself to speak to customers as if she were the chief doctor on duty should really learn something from her younger colleagues. I am really horrified by the way I deal with this and strongly recommend staff training for this lady.
P	Peter K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich stehe gerade eben, Sonntag um 8:15 Uhr vor der Apotheke, die eigentlich die einzige Apotheke ist, die in Linz Urfahr Dienstbereitschaft hat. Seit 15 Minuten öffnet kein einziger Angestellte. Die Glocke funktioniert und es ist am Schild ersichtlich, dass diese Apotheke Dienst hat. Eine Apotheke die Bereitschaft hat, und das um 8:00 Uhr sollte auch besetzt sein. Keine Information oder ähnliches ersichtlich, dass es nicht so wäre. Eine solche Apothekenbereitschaft, wo niemand öffnet und das nach Ewigkeiten, ist wirklich erbärmlich. Es tut mir leid, ein anderes Wort kann ich nicht dafür finden. I'm just now, Sunday at 8:15 clock in front of the pharmacy, which is actually the only pharmacy, which has service in Linz Urfahr. For 15 minutes not a single employee opens. The bell works and it can be seen on the sign that this pharmacy has service. A pharmacy is ready, and that at 8:00 o'clock should also be occupied. No information or the like can be seen that it would not be so. Such a pharmacy willingness, where nobody opens and after eternity, is really pathetic. I'm sorry, I can not find another word for it.

M	Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mir bei der Apotheke (die Dienstbereitschaft hatte) etwas abholen. Ich musste leider mit leeren Händen wieder gehn. Ich sollte morgen früh wieder kommen. Ein Grund wurde nicht genannt. Wahrscheinlich war die Dame zu müde. Sie wäre beinahe eingeschlafen. Zudem bekam ich einen eiskalten Blick. Wenn Blicke töten könnten… Ahja, bei der nächsten Apotheke bekam ich was ich wollte. Wanted to pick something up at the pharmacy (who was on duty). Unfortunately, I had to leave empty-handed. I should come back in the morning. A reason was not given. The lady was probably too tired. She almost fell asleep. I also got a cold stare. If looks could kill… Ah yes, at the next pharmacy I got what I wanted.

Now I use this successfully since several years and I have been happier with this recipe than with any other disinfecting agent. It is also widely used in healthcare. Now the pharmacist refused to give me 500ml of isopropanol without proper reasoning and although it is freely available. I got informed pretty badly by this pharmacist and upon research, the information I got unfortunately turned out to be incorrect. In the end I turned back to my trusted pharmacist and got the isopropanol. Just one day after that I got bitten by dozens of ticks upon a stay in the woods overnight. When I was at the hospital to get checked for lyme desease the physician told it was a very good decision to disinfect with 70 vol% isopropanol. I am disappointed by the incompetence of this pharmacist and don't understand the intentions of misinformation.
