★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Termin eine halbe Stunde vor der geplanten Besichtigung abzusagen ist unerfreulich, da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits eine Stunde unterwegs war. Dies aber mit einer SMS mit dem Wortlaut "Ich muss den Termin leider absagen" zu tun, ist in höchstem Maße unprofessionell und unseriös.
Canceling an appointment half an hour before the planned visit is unpleasant, as I had already been on the road for an hour at this point. However, to do this with an SMS with the wording "Unfortunately I have to cancel the appointment" is extremely unprofessional and dubious.

Wer mehr als den (leider oft üblichen) 0815 Makler will, der ist hier richtig!

Competent broker who also takes the personal side of the customer very seriously.
If you want more than the (unfortunately often common) 0815 broker, this is the place for you!
