K	Kerstin Zischka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Partner hat bereits seit über 6 Jahren eine Leykam Wohnung und es gab weder bzgl.Bezahlung der Miete noch sonst welchen Gründen irgendwelche Probleme, da ich aus Graz bin wollten wir uns nun gemeinsam in Gratkorn eine andere Leykam Wohnung nehmen, im Büro wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin mit dezenten Dominanzproblem unfreundlich abgewiesen, beim 2ten Besuch wurde uns von einer anderen Dame ein Schlüssel zur Besichtigung ausgehändigt doch kaum zurück von der Besichtigung stand schon die andere Dame wieder da und hat uns den Schlüssel abgenommen und uns wieder unfreundlich fort geschickt! Ebenso wurde uns 3 mal ein Gesprächstermin beim Geschäftsführer verweigert, Mails wurden ignoriert bzw nicht weiter geleitet genauso wie Anrufe! Alles in allem ein sehr schlechter Service! Wir haben nun die Wohnung gekündigt und sogar da waren die Mitarbeiter mehr als nur desinteressiert, gaben weder Auskünfte noch sonst etwas! Schade dass man bei der Bewertung einen Stern geben muss, denn nicht mal der ist verdient! My partner has had a Leykam apartment for over 6 years and there were no problems with paying the rent or any other reason, since I am from Graz we wanted to take another Leykam apartment together in Gratkorn, in the office we were taken over by an employee with a subtle dominance problem unfriendly rejected, on the second visit we were given a key to the inspection by another lady but hardly back from the inspection the other lady was there again and took the key and sent us off again unfriendly! We were also denied 3 times an appointment with the managing director, mails were ignored or not forwarded as well as calls! All in all a very bad service! We have now quit the apartment and even there the employees were more than just uninterested, gave neither information nor anything else! It's a shame that you have to give a star in the rating, because not even it is earned!
