K	Klaus Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja das Lokal ist schön alles Nagel neu die Bedienung ist auch ok nur ich war jetzt schön öfter dort seid der neu Eröffnung und ich habe dort schon einige Scheine im Automaten verloren das ist normal aber bei diesem casino gewinnt man so gut wie nie und es sind auch nie Leute im Casino das wird auch der Grund sein warum man nie was gewinnt wie den wenn niemand spielt letztes mal wieder 300e verloren und immer verloren immer immer wieder zum spielen nicht geeignet was trinken auf einen Cafe kein Problem Yes, the restaurant is nice, everything is new, the service is ok too, only I was there a lot more times since the new opening and I've already lost some bills in the machine, this is normal but at this casino you almost never win and there are also never people in the casino that will also be the reason why you never win what like when nobody plays last time 300e lost and always lost again and again not suitable for playing what to drink in a cafe no problem
G	Gerhard Wind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorweg möchte ich ausführen, dass ich mich mehr oder minder als Stammgast in diesem Lokal bezeichnen würde. Wie auch immer, vor ein paar Tagen wollte ich mit einer Bekannten von mir exakt um 09.56 das Lokal aufsuchen. Ich weiß, dass es erst ab 10.00 Uhr öffnet, an diesem Tag war aber der bisher kälteste in diesem Jahr mit etlichen Minusgraden und obwohl uns die damals diensthabende Kellnerin sehr wohl gesehen hat, ich auch an die Tür klopfte, fiel es ihr überhaupt nicht ein, das Lokal für uns diese mittlerweile 3 Minuten zu früh zu öffnen. Als wir dann etwas später nochmals zum Lokal zurückkamen, habe ich der Dame dies natürlich etwas verärgert gesagt, dass dies mit Kundenfreundlichkeit wohl absolut nichts zu tun hat und sagte ihr auch, dass ich mir beschweren würde. Sie gab mir aber etwas gelangweilt zur Antwort, dass ich dies ruhig tun solle, wenn mir danach sei. Ok, das Ganze ist zwar eine Kleinigkeit, jedoch war ich heute gegen Mittag mit einem Bekannten wieder im Lokal, als kurz darauf dieselbe Damme erschien. Und dabei konnte ich von ihr eine Wortwahl hören - aber sicherlich im Scherz und zu Bekannten von ihr - die so als Angestellte wohl nicht in einem Lokal,l in Lautstärke für alle hörbar, gehören. Fazit: Meine Rolle als Stammgast ist dort beendet und zu dieser Angestellten kann ich die Firma nicht gerade beglückwünschen. However, a few days ago I wanted to go to the restaurant with a friend of mine at 9:56 am. I know that it only opens at 10 a.m., but on this day it was the coldest so far this year with a number of minus degrees and although the waitress who was on duty at the time saw us very well, I knocked on the door, too to open the restaurant for us 3 minutes early. When we came back to the restaurant a little later, I said to the lady, of course, somewhat annoyed that this had absolutely nothing to do with customer friendliness and also told her that I would complain. But she gave me a little bored answer that I should do this if I feel like it. Ok, the whole thing is a little thing, but I was back at the restaurant with a friend around noon when the same Damme appeared shortly afterwards. And I was able to hear a choice of words from her - but certainly in jest and to acquaintances of hers - who, as employees, probably do not belong in a pub, l can be heard in volume by everyone.
