Meat in the burger isnt meat! Its mixed with flour and something else. More like pancakes. And I think it was made from frozen "pre-made" meat. Also not grilled but fried and quite oily.. Horrible, never again.

A large trendy place. A great place if you want grab drinks with your friends. My friends liked the burger. But the general good apart from the burger was quite disappointing.

Had chicken wing "spicy" they tasted like ones from superstore precooked. Not spicy at all and not crunchy as they should be. Ordered BBQ fries that costed 4€plus and got normal french fries with sparkled green stuff on it wothout salt or any another additives. We had one of hamburgers that was big but dry with fresh cucumber in it? Good place for drink and cocktails but not up to reputation of American food. This is my own opinion and tastes may vary from person to person. I just made statment compering my experience in real american restaurants all over USA and Canada.

From 10 I would give a 4 to 5 on steak , 2 on experience and this just because my friends were there.. Place looks nice enough place for a party but empty on Tuesday. Maybe too big for Klagenfurt. Arriving: the barman was looking like bothered that we were there ... We ask for a table and he took us to the restaurant room which was empty with all tables reserved...(weird) .Till we left only other 2 people came....I am wondering who reserved the entire room... We didn't even sit and we were already asked what we drink and my menu was in my hand while my jacket was still on..... I had to actually search through the menu, with one side of the jacket off and one on, to order the wine. Oah not really friendly. Please give people a breath. Rib eye steak: was medium as it should be (I eat all ...hungry). But they only do medium steaks everything (fillet and everything medium no choice... weird for a steakhouse...). I would have taken a rare fillet otherwise... Returning on rib eye was just food nothig special... no crust, no Maillard reaction (good crunchy crust) no grilling, no frying. I could see pink on outside and this is not necessary easily to see ever! on a rib eye steak. And we are no profi but we made better steak at home some month ago. Sweet potatoes eaten (maybe I was just hungry initially), but then I saw that they were packed with oil. Sauces: sadly , so sadly (drama sad), come in the Felix bottles... Puh oahhh noooooo why!!!!!!! Are you kidding me !!!! On 33 EUR sad steak you get Felix sauce !!!! In original plastic bottle !!!!! (No wrong with Felix at home ...but restaurant...no ). Sides:The good things regarding steak houses in actual New York (USA) is that they do good steak, but the sides are amazing and generally is amazing for vegetarians to eat only the sides. I am a foodie and expect : Like garlic mushrooms , mashed potatoes... Potatoes Gratin..... Some fun things with cheese with steak. In this restaurant tonight the nachos, my vegetarian friend ordered, had no topping, not even cheese.(nachos without topping are tortilla....my friends....over 10 eur) And the huge pile of sweet potatoes were as oily as mine and came with the same rack of sad sauce Felix. New York steakhouse Klagenfurt I think you have to do better if you want to stay open. At the moment are better steakhouses in Klagenfurt and for this experience I don't want to necessarily go out. Sorry for the barman that he keept knocking thinks from the tables and I am sorry I had to lie and say that it was good experience... My friends made it good 2 stars and the 2 glasses of wine but not necessarily the experience in this local.

location looms nice, also the drinks are ok. but not the food at all. the meat is not fresh and a lot of meat (chicken, pork, beef) are frozen food. so, not recommended for dinner but for just having a drink or some fun on the billard table should be fine.

Great place! Couple of pool tables, fussball table to have some friendly competition going. Menu is quite big and everyone will find something to eat.
