★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann den Kurs für Schwangere jeder werdenden Mama ans Herz legen. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und soviel zusätzliches Wissen das es hier oben drauf gibt. Es hilft mir sehr im Alltag, an stressigen Tagen hab ich jetzt meine Tools die ich hier kennen gelernt habe. Vor allem einfach und schnell umzusetzen, genau das braucht ich ? Danke liebe Angelika für deine bereichernden Yoga Stunden ?
 I can recommend the course for pregnant women to every expectant mother. Very pleasant atmosphere and so much additional knowledge that there is up here. It helps me a lot in everyday life, on stressful days I now have the tools I got to know here. Above all, easy and quick to implement, that's exactly what I need ? Thank you dear Angelika for your enriching yoga lessons ?
