★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Erstkontakt verlief systematisch.
Alls ich meine Aufgabe ( Kontoauszüge) zukommen ließ- um Bilder gebeten habe ( das Objekt war in Schärding) konnte man keine Bilder zukommen lassen!
Danach verlief es sehr mühsam ich hätte am 01.05.2020 in der Wohnung eingezogen. Allerdings keine Bilder und extra 500 Km weit fahren um das Objekt anzusehen da es keine Bilder gibt oder keine Online Besichtigung machen kann sagt schon was.......
Sehr enttäuschend! Wenn man nicht in der Lage ist Bilder zu Verfügung zu stellen ( im Internet war nur ein Bild v. Haus zu sehen).
Jetzt steht das Objekt unnötig leer. Für Wohnungseigentümer ein tolle Situation ( die Kosten laufen trotzdem weiter).

Ohne Bilder von der Wohnung wird es etwas schwer!

All the time I sent my task (account statements) - I asked for pictures (the object was in Schärding) you couldn't send pictures!
After that it was very tedious I would have moved into the apartment on May 1st, 2020. However, no pictures and drive an extra 500 km to look at the property because there are no pictures or cannot make an online visit says something .......
Very disappointing! If you are not able to provide pictures (only one picture of the house could be seen on the Internet).
Now the object is unnecessarily empty. A great situation for apartment owners (the costs still go on).
