Ich finde es wichtig, die kleinen Geschäfte in der eigenen Nachbarschaft zu unterstützen und nicht immer gleich zum Filialisten zu gehen. Neulich war ich dort, weil eine Schraube beim Bügel locker war - die Reparatur wurde sofort ud kostenlos gemacht. Ich habe meine Brille übrigens im Rahmen der Gleitsicht-Brillen-Aktion gekauft und bin wirklich zufrieden mit ihr. I was very pleased! The store is not particularly fancy and stylish, but I was looked after in a friendly and friendly manner. Meine Brille war wieder wie neu. Alles perfekt eingestellt von dem kompetenten Herrn, ein wahrer Brillendoktor :-) und alles gratis. Es gab gutes Trinkgeld und ich kann Panoramaoptik wirklich weiterempfehlen. I lost a pair of glasses and my friend recommended Panoramaoptik, the optician's shop around the corner. I was helped promptly. My glasses were like new again. Everything perfectly adjusted by the competent gentleman, a true glasses doctor :-) and everything for free. There was a good tip and I can really recommend Panoramaoptik.

Attendant was extremely helpful, kept the store open longer with no rush for me to pick and produced the lenses very quickly. I left half an hour later with perfect new glasses. This was life saving
