C	Christina Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hängt vom Mechaniker ab den man verwischt. Der ältere Mechaniker (Name nicht bekannt) ist super kompetent und sehr freundlich. Diesmal hatten wir einen neuen Mechaniker beim Pickel, war nicht sehr freundlich (auch nicht explizit unfreundlich), ist aber auf die Mängel nur unbefriedigend eingegangen bei der Nachbesprechung und hat für den Bericht nur zum schreiben über eine 3/4 Stunde gebraucht. Die letzten Jahre war es besser. Depends on the mechanic you blur. The older mechanic (name not known) is super competent and very friendly. This time we had a new mechanic for the pimple, was not very friendly (also not explicitly unfriendly), but only dealt with the deficiencies in an unsatisfactory manner during the debriefing and only needed 3/4 hour to write the report. It's been better the last few years.

Last but not least: Der Chef (Sehr sympathisch und stets ein Ohr für Dich offen) kümmert sich noch selbst um Dich! Ganz selten !!! Ganz toll!!! Have been with 2 cars for over 2 years. Very satisfied. Very competent people. On sale as well as in the workshop! Very helpful and very flexible! Last but not least: The boss (very sympathetic and always an ear open for you) will take care of yourself! Very rare !!! Really great!!!
r	ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kunde ist König? von wegen.. Schade dass man überhaupt einen Stern vergeben muss. Als ich einfach nur meinen bestellten Lack zum Ausbessern von Steinschlägen abholen wollte, wurde ich einfach für ein Privatgespräch links liegen gelassen bei der Abholung. Ich musste warten bis dieses Privatgespräch direkt am Tresen öffentlich für alle Kunden sichtbar beendet wurde, was auch nicht beschleunigt wurde. Man hat sich nicht um mich gekümmert, ich kam mir vor wie ein unerwünschter Bittsteller. Auch die Kassiererin war sehr unhöflich und desinteressiert, es schien, als ob es ihr grad nicht reinpassen würde, dass ich bezahlen möchte. Ich war froh wieder raus zu sein. Eigentlich war ich auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Fordwerkstatt für meinen neu angeschafften Ford. Meine Werkstatt meines Vertrauens wird jetzt eine andere, definitiv nicht Panny. Schade. Customer is king? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that.. It's a shame that you have to award a star at all. When I just wanted to pick up the paint I had ordered to repair stone chips, I was simply left out of the way for a private conversation. I had to wait until this private conversation directly at the counter was visibly ended for all customers, which was not accelerated. No one cared for me, I felt like an unwanted supplicant. The cashier was also very rude and uninterested, it seemed as if it just didn't suit her that I wanted to pay. I was happy to be out again. I was actually looking for a suitable Ford workshop for my newly purchased Ford. My workshop I trust is now going to be a different one, definitely not Panny. Too bad.

Very friendly and eager to please the customer. Everything is fine, can't complain. Repairs were carried out promptly and reliably.
