Wer fährt schon gerne in die Werkstätte, da braucht es Vertrauen. Workshop okay, service and price okay. The most important thing, I can trust in a proper and fair transaction. Außer Probleme nur Probleme wollte das Fahrzeug zurück geben nach 5 Monaten wurde mir nur die Hälfte von dem Angeboten als was ich bezahlt habe mir wurde versprochen das Fahrzeug wird noch mal ordentlich hergerichtet ich musste die Hälfte der Reperaturen bezahlen. In wirklich keit haben sie das Fahrzeug nur not dürftig zusammen geflickt musste alle Jahre ca. 1000 Euro an Reperaturen hineinstecken. Jetzt ist das Fahrzeug 11 Jahre alt und ist ein wirtschaftlicher total Schaden werde bei diesem Händler nie mehr ein Fahrzeug kaufen. I bought a used Ford Focus traveler trend 1.6 Tdci in 2015. Except problems, only problems the vehicle wanted to give back. After 5 months I was only promised half of what I had paid for, the vehicle was properly refurbished and I had to pay half the repairs. In reality they only patched the vehicle together poorly and had to put in around 1,000 euros in repairs every year. Now the vehicle is 11 years old and is a total economic damage. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealer again.

P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter, vom Chef zum Autoverkäufer bis zum Mechaniker, alle top. Sehr freundlich, sehr kompetent und sehr schnell an Lösungen orientiert. Was mich immer beeindruckt ist, dass bei einem Problem sofort eine Maßnahme getroffen wird. Kein wenn und aber oder naja. Wir haben schon einige Autos sowohl gebraucht, als auch neu bei Bussecker gekauft. Es konnten immer faire Verhandlungen geführt werden. Die Werkstatt ist sowieso auf extrem hohen Niveau. Mitbewerber alla "MVC Motors" können da noch etwas lernen. Wir sind relativ kritische Kunden, aber in diesem Fall klare 5 Sterne. The employees, from the boss to the car salesman to the mechanic, are all great. Very friendly, very competent and very quick to find solutions. What always impresses me is that if there is a problem, action is taken immediately. No ifs and buts or well. We have both used and bought a few cars from Bussecker. Fair negotiations could always be conducted. The workshop is at an extremely high level anyway. Competitors alla "MVC Motors" can still learn something. We are relatively critical customers, but in this case a clear 5 stars.

Ford vom Bussecker und werde immer bestens betreut von Chefetage bis hin zum Lehrling. Die Werkstatt ist immer bemüht das Problem zu lösen und nicht Umsatz zu machen. Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben, die doppelte Anzahl wäre aber angebracht. Always helpful, always friendly, ALWAYS VERY COMPETENT, I am already driving the 4th Ford from the Bussecker and I am always well looked after from the executive floor to the apprentice. The workshop always tries to solve the problem and not to make sales. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars, but double the number would be appropriate.

Bin seit Werkstatt wechsel kein einziges Mal enttäuscht worden. Des weiteren möchte ich betonen das wenn man dort ein neues Auto bestellt, der Händer der einzige weit und breit ist der einen kostenlosen Unterbodenschutz mit "Innotec HiTemp Wachs" aufträgt, was natürlich im Waldviertel ein absolutes MUSS ist wenn man mit dem Wagen lange freude haben möchte. Service, Garantiefälle und Wartungsarbeiten werden ohne etwas Beanstanden zu müssen PERFEKT durchgeführt. Weiter so. Perfect workshop, staff SUPER FRIENDLY, the workshop master also knows a solution for everything, also perfectly knows IDS. I haven't been disappointed once since changing my workshop. I would also like to emphasize that when you order a new car there, the dealer is the only one far and wide who applies a free underbody protection with "Innotec HiTemp wax", which of course is an absolute MUST in the Waldviertel if you have long enjoyment with the car would like.
