★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal kennt sich überhaupt nicht aus. Es wäre noch vertretbar, wenn sie nur nicht wüssten wie die Geräte funktionieren. Aber nicht einmal zu wissen was man verkauft, das geht garnicht!
The staff doesn't know anything at all. It would be justifiable if they just didn't know how the devices work. But not even knowing what you are selling is not possible!
