★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die 'Freundlichkeit ist sehr Personenabhängig im großen u ganzen aber bin ich zufrieden die 'Auswahl is enorm u auch bei einer Reklamation die ich hatte ging man sehr rasch u kompetent an die Beschwerde heran. Man muss sich als Kunde ja auch melden wenn etwas direkt nicht passt nur so haben die Verkäuferinnen auch eine Chance etwas das schiefgelaufen ist wieder gut zu machen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlichkeit von Angestellten in Zwettl. Bei Fragen zu bestimmten Artikel (in meinem Fall Zirkel) wird man mit belanglosen Floskeln abgefertigt. Angestellte findet es nicht der Mühe wert, zu mir her zu kommen und mich ordentlich zu beraten.
Sowas kenne ich von der Gmünder Filiale nicht....
Unfriendliness of staff in Zwettl. If you have questions about certain items (in my case, circles) you will be handled with trivial phrases. Staff does not find it worth the effort to come to me and give me proper advice.
Something I do not know from the Gmünder branch ....
