Mitarbeiter müssen dann zur Bank um die Pakete an der Post auszulösen. Behaupten als Online Firma Ahnung zu haben aber vielleicht sollte man einfach nur die EU beliefern und nicht die Schweiz. Für das Paket 55 € verrechnet und dann von der Post nochmals 153.70 CHF verlangt worden. Da kann man schon eine Palette per Transport und Verzollung laufen lassen. Aber bezweifle, dass die Damen und Herren das hinbekommen in ein Drittland. Und: Ich habe sie nicht beschimpft - sondern versucht zu erklären wie man es beim nächsten Mal hätte richtig machen können. Wenn man einem immer ins Wort fällt und damit protzt wie toll man verschicken kann muss man sich nicht wundern, wenn der Gegenüber lauter wird um mal auszureden. Wenn ich schimpfe dann klingt das ganz anders. Zumal Ihr Feedback hier zeigt, dass Sie noch nicht mal verstanden haben worum es ging. Scheinbar keine Ahnung von Verzollungskosten, Zollabgaben und Einfuhrsteuer. Aber sind ja auch nicht Ihre 153.70 CHF. Gemäss Trustpilot Bewertung bin ich da ja nicht alleine der Ihren super Service zu spüren bekommen hat. Angefangen von der Bestellung bis Lieferung, alles wurde immer eingehalten und auch wenn man als Kunde individuelle Wünsche hat wird darauf sehr geachtet.
