Natürlich passiert es immer im Winter, da ja mehr verbraucht wird, logisch . 1x war es sogar übers Wochenende, zu einer Zeit wo es ziemlich kalt war - 2 Tage ohne Gas- Dann ruft man beim Notdienst an, die einem sagen, man wird zurück gerufen, ist auch nie passiert. Fehler werden gemacht - können passieren, keine Frage, aber man könnte sich wenigstens entschuldigen, nur wenn man weiß, daß man weiter und breit (höchstwahrscheinlich, hab mich nicht damit befasst), einer der einzigen Lieferanten ist, wird das schon nicht nötig sein. Das der Tank mitten im Winter trotz Modem leer ist kann einmal vorkommen (Modem defekt). Dass aber -zig. Mal im Jahr der Gaszähler und der Tankinhalt abzulesen und zu melden ist, nervt total. Würde liebend gerne zu einem anderen Lieferanten umsteigen bzw. an Erdgas anschließen... The worst and most expensive gas company I know. Even a star is too much. The tank is empty in the middle of winter despite modem may happen once (modem defective). That but -zig. Once a year the gas meter and the tank contents read and report is annoying totally. Would love to change to another supplier or connect to natural gas ...

Wir haben uns von Primagas einen Gas-Tank setzen lassen, er wurde aber viel zu tief gesetzt, dadurch haben wir jetzt auf unserem Grundstück einen riesigen tiefen Krater, wie nach einem Meteoriteneinschlag. Unsere zahlreichen Nachbarn, Freunde und Bekannte sind entsetzt über diese Verunstaltung und können es gar nicht glauben, dass das eine professionelle Ausführung einer Firma sein soll. Wir können durch das tiefe Loch jetzt nicht einmal die 2. Zufahrt nützen. Es wurde uns schriftlich mitgeteilt, denn mündlich will der zuständige Prokurist nicht mit uns sprechen, dass sie mit uns nur mehr per Anwalt verkehren wollen, so läuft die Problemlösung bei Primagas. Wir haben und hatten bei unserem Hausbau über viele Jahre mit vielen Firmen zu tun, aber so eine kundenfeindliche Firma haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Das einzige lobenswerte sind die Damen am Telefon, die es in dieser Firma sicher nicht einfach haben, aber immer äußerst freundlich agieren! Hands off this company! We can't even use the 2nd entrance through the deep hole. We were informed in writing, because the responsible general manager does not want to speak to us orally, that they only want to deal with us through a lawyer, that is how the problem-solving at Primagas works. For many years we have and had to do with many companies when building our houses, but we have never seen such a customer-hostile company. The only thing worthy of praise are the ladies on the phone, who certainly don't have it easy in this company, but are always extremely friendly!
