★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. When it eventually arrived, one dish came at a time, with at least 5 minutes' wait in between. The food itself was fine, but not worth the wait - particularly as the staff never informed us of the delay and didn't check if we needed anything for the first hour of our wait. I understand that delays can happen, but the staff didn't deal with it well at all. We were not given any discount on our bill either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service and food. I was quite taken back at their variety of options and how fast their service was. They were very comforting in the late afternoon with comfy chairs and blankets. Expect to pay a little bit of a price being in such a reasonable spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars to you, Ottoburg. We came here with no expectation of food taste but it turn out fabulous.
The Tyrolean, The Entrecote, The Lamb, those are food for God. We don’t have room for sweets but we are sure that its will be best in town. Staffs are so friendly and helpful of food knowledge. Their recommendation was good to us. Recommended!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and service was great, our waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly and immediately knew what to offer when I mentioned I am vegan and gluten free. I had salad ? and rosti which was not on menu, all very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly & nice staff who would also recommend Tyrolean and Austrian specialities. The food was delicious, quantities were good, presentation was great as well. I had 7 pieces of homemade ‘Schlutzkrapfen’ which was great - Austrian Raviloli with spinach and potato filling. You can ask if they have the Knödel in the daily specialities. That was good too. The ambience is amazing for a dinner date.
