E	Elena S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war am 18.06.2021 in dem Geschäft am Alten Platz und probierte ein blaues Kleid an, welches ich toll fand. Die Verkäuferin empfohl mir daraufhin, dasselbe Kleid noch in schwarz zu nehmen. Da mir das erste Kleid in blau so gut gefiehl, stimmte ich zu und nahm beide Kleider (ohne das schwarze vorher anzusehen). Als ich daheim ankam stellte ich fest dass die Verkäuferin mir zwar ein schwarzes Kleid verkaufte, dieses aber nicht dasselbe Modell wie das blaue war. Als ich es dann umtauschen wollte, weil es eben nicht das gleiche Modell war, lehnte die Verkäuferin meinen Wunsch auf Geld zurück ab und stellte mir lediglich einen Gutschein aus. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, da ich 1) nicht das Produkt bekam welches die Verkäuferin mir anpries und 2) weil ich statt dem Geld nur einen Gutschein bekam und die Verkäuferin sehr forsch wirkte. On June 18th, 2021 I was in the shop on Alten Platz and tried on a blue dress, which I thought was great. The saleswoman then recommended that I take the same dress in black. Since I liked the first dress in blue so much, I agreed and took both dresses (without looking at the black one first). When I got home I noticed that the saleswoman was selling me a black dress, but it wasn't the same model as the blue one. When I wanted to exchange it because it wasn't the same model, the saleswoman refused my request for money back and just gave me a voucher. I was very disappointed because 1) I did not get the product the saleswoman was promoting and 2) because I only got a voucher instead of the money and the saleswoman seemed very brash.
A	And rea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde zwar höflich begrüßt,Verkäuferin meinte sie begleitet Kundin zur Kassa und kommt dann sofort zu mir was ja fein gewesen wäre....nach einiger Zeit ,als ich bereits beim Gehen war,legte sie Kleidungsstücke zusammen,nun ja....jeder hat andere Prioritäten....... Was greeted politely, the saleswoman said she accompanied the customer to the cash desk and then immediately comes to me, which would have been nice ... after a while, when I was already walking, she put items of clothing together, well ... everyone has other priorities .......
