Mir fehlen die Worte....... ich würde gerne mit dem Chef sprechen, wenn der wusste wie in seinem Geschäft Potenzielle Kunden behandelt werden....Wollten ein Erstkommunion's Kleid kaufen (ab € 200.-), die Verkäuferin im Keller hatte Kundschaft und wir haben gewartet bis sie fertig war mit Beratung, als der Kunde ging vergingen wieder 10 min, soweit so gut, dachte ich frag mal wann jemand kommt, wobei ich die Damen scheinbar beim Tratsch gestört hatte, wie konnte ich nur nach ca. einer halben Std. Aufenthalt ohne Beratung, sagte die unhöflichere wir sollen warten sie kommt ja gleich...wir haben empört das Geschäft verlassen sowas ist mir und meinem Partner noch nie passiert, wir sind total schockiert, vorallem arbeiten wir beide im Kundenbereich und sowas ist ein NO GO. Kunden zu ignorieren und herablassend zu behandeln......nie wieder! Ich hoffe inständig das der Inhaber diese Bewertung liest und Konsequenzen daraus zieht! Terrible!!! Words fail me....... I would like to speak to the boss if he knew how potential customers are treated in his shop....Wanted to buy a first communion dress (from €200.-), the saleswoman in the Keller had customers and we waited until she had finished advising, when the customer left another 10 minutes passed, so far so good, I thought I'd ask when someone was coming, although I had apparently disturbed the ladies while they were gossiping, how could I ask About half an hour without advice, the more rude one said we should wait, she'll be right away...we left the shop indignantly, something like this has never happened to me and my partner, we are totally shocked, especially we both work in the customer area and something like that is a NO GO. Ignoring and condescending to customers...never again! I sincerely hope that the owner reads this review and draws conclusions from it!

M	Mario Riedl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren heute in diesem Geschäft und wollten versehentlich ein Erstkommunionskleid kaufen, nach dem wir die einzigen Kunden waren und das Personal lachend und angeregt Spaß hatten und Smalltalk betrieben und uns nicht bedienten, waren wir so frech, gingen in den ersten Stock und fragten die Bedienung um Hilfe. Darauf hin kam die Antwort, wir sollen warten, sie werde schon kommen. Wäre das mein Personal, bekämen sie die fristlose Kündigung wegen Geschäftsschädigung We were in this shop today and accidentally wanted to buy a first communion dress after which we were the only customers and the staff laughed and had fun laughing and making small talk and didn't serve us we were so cheeky we went up to the first floor and asked the waiter for help. Then came the answer that we should wait, she will come. If that were my staff, they would be fired without notice for damage to business
