Ich komme seit mindestens 25 Jahren hierher. Der Umbau bzw. die Schaffung einiger Ferienwohnungen ist hervorragend gelungen! A family business with a lot of nice people! Home-style cooking at its finest, but also international dishes. I've been coming here for at least 25 years. The conversion or the creation of some holiday apartments was a great success!

Unica nota negativa riguarda la possibilità di fumare nella zona bar che è adiacente alla sala non fumatori, con conseguente entrata di fumo e odore anche in questo luogo. I have been frequenting this place for several years: we always eat well (Austrian dishes). The only negative note concerns the possibility of smoking in the bar area which is adjacent to the non-smoking room, with consequent entry of smoke and odor also in this place.

d	d casanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prenotazione effettuata tramite mail una settimana prima del mio arrivo, disponibilità della stanza confermata. sabato 5 settembre 2020 presentatami alla reception il titolare mi comunica che l'hotel è pieno e la stanza per me non è più disponibile!!!!!ma cavoli chiamare o mandare una mail x avvisare NO?????almeno non partivo neanche!!!!!!!! chiedo ai b&b /hotel li intorno ma di sabato sera sono tutti full, anche nelle zone limitrofe, incazzati neri risaliamo in macchina e torniamo a casa! come minimo signor titolare dell'oswalderhof per scusarti potevi emettermi un buono....... nulla nessun rimborso!pessima gestione pessimo il titolare... da evitare se non volete avere brutte sorprese come capitato a me....... reservation made by email one week before my arrival, room availability confirmed. Saturday 5 September 2020 introduced me to the reception the owner informs me that the hotel is full and the room is no longer available for me !!!!! but cabbage call or send an email x warn NO ????? at least I didn't even leave !!!!!!!! I ask the b & b / hotels around them but on Saturday night they are all full, even in the neighboring areas, angry blacks we get back in the car and go home! at least Mr. Oswalderhof owner to apologize you could have issued me a voucher ....... nothing no refund! bad management bad owner ... to avoid if you do not want to have bad surprises as happened to me ...... .

Il mangiare è ottimo e tipico tirolese con cucina casalinga molto sana. Lo speck e di ottima qualità. Adatto a famiglie e persone educate, super pulizia, l'Italia deve imparare ancora molto da queste persone che tengono veramente ai propri clienti e al proprio Paese.... One of the best places in the area, I have been visiting since the eighties and I must say that it has always changed for the better by investing in hospitality and giving a complete high professional service. The food is excellent and typical Tyrolean with very healthy home cooking. Speck is of excellent quality. Suitable for families and educated people, super clean, Italy still has a lot to learn from these people who truly care about their customers and their country ....

Il proprietario con la moglie super gentili, colazione ottima e abbondante. Complimenti ai proprietari! Wonderful place, beautiful structure, impeccable cleanliness.
