Stattdessen werde ich am Telefon verspottet, dafür das ich mich angesichts der angekündigten Maßnahmen um meine körperliche Unversehrtheit sorge. Sowas menschenverachtendes ist mir in meinem Leben noch nie untergekommen und das von dem Institut das mich eigentlich davor schützen sollte. Armes Österreich! Bereits vor Einführung der Impfpflicht hielt Dr. Michael Geistlinger, Professor für Verfassungs- und Verwaltungsrecht eine faktenbasierte Rede im Parlament, er hat die Impfpflicht vor Verabschiedung des Gesetzes als verfassungswidrig erklärt. Meine Herren, erwachen Sie endlich aus ihrem Dornröschenschlaf und sprechen sie ein Machtwort, sonst könnte man den Eindruck gewinnen unser Vghf wäre nicht unabhängig! m	michl burton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezüglich Impfpflicht könnte der Vfgh mal gas geben, bei den Amerikanern war die Impfplicht nach 2 Wochen vom Tisch weil rechtswiedrig ! Bei uns dauert das 2 Jahre .... dann sind alle vergewalltigt worden und im nachhinein stellens dann fest dass das auch nicht rechtens war toll.... Regarding the compulsory vaccination, the Vfgh could step on the gas, with the Americans the vaccination obligation was off the table after 2 weeks because it was illegal! For us it takes 2 years ... then everyone was raped and in retrospect it was found that that was also not legal great ...

Aber es gibt Gesetze, in denen steht, wie der VfGH zu arbeiten hat, an die muss er sich halten und kann nicht einfach schnell schnell was entscheiden. Wem das nicht passt, der muss sich dort beschweren, wo die Gesetze gemacht werden. Den ersten langen Lockdown 2020 im Frühjahr 2020 hat der VfGH im Juli gekippt. Und die nächsten Lockdowns waren dann auch schon viel weniger streng weil die Regierung gewusst hat dass das so nicht geht. Obviously, many are venting their frustration about Corona here. But there are laws that state how the Constitutional Court has to work, that it has to adhere to and can't just make quick decisions. If you don't like that, you have to complain where the laws are made. The Constitutional Court overturned the first long lockdown in 2020 in spring 2020 in July. And the next lockdowns were much less strict because the government knew that it couldn't be done that way.

Aufhebungen 9 Monate nachdem die verfassungswidrigen Vorgänge passieren, helfen den österreichischen Bürgern nicht! Diese verzögerten Reaktionen Ihres Gerichts lassen an der Sinnhaftigkeit der gesamten Institution stark zweifeln. Speziell im Falle der Impfpflicht, die in nahezu allen Punkten den Nürnberger Kodex verletzt, muss von Ihnen aktiv angezweifelt und schnellsten als verfassungswidrig erklärt werden.
