★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der ÖBB-Schalter in Krems ist der einzige noch besetzte Schalter im Waldviertel. Gott sei Dank können viele Angelegenheiten online erledigt werden. Leider nicht alle - weshalb wir die Hilfe eines Mitarbeiters vor Ort suchten. Dieser war unmotiviert, genervt weil er anscheinend mit uns etwas zu tun hatte und zum Abschied gab's auch noch einen blöden Spruch. Hier wird die Zeit zur Pension anscheinend ausgesessen.
Unter der Telefonnummer im Internet und Herold ist niemand zu erreichen "Diese Nummer ist nicht vergeben".
