R	Rene Ehrenhöfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab heut einige Sachen aufgegeben und musste leider feststellen dass die Dame vor mir sehr unfreundlich behandelt wurde und sich der Angestellte wirklich im ton vergriffen hat. Der von ihm angegebenen Preis erscheint sogar füt mich sehr teuer da ich auch schon dass eine oder andere Paket nach Deutschland gesendet hab und soweit ich mich erinnere war der Tarif nie so hoch. Jedenfalls wurde ich darauf auch sehr unfreundlich behandelt was absolut nicht sein darf. I gave up some things today and unfortunately had to find out that the lady in front of me was treated very unfriendly and the clerk really got out of hand. The price he stated seems very expensive even for me because I have already sent one or the other package to Germany and as far as I remember the tariff was never that high. In any case, I was treated very unfriendly, which is absolutely not allowed.
B	Buffy Buffy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten so unfreundlich bedient worden. Beinahe anschreien lass ich mich auch nicht. Es gibt 2 Herren in det Post. Der kräftigen Herr fallt mir seit 5 jahren schon super unfreundlich auf aber heut ist der Strick gerissen. Ich versenden in einer anderen Filiale seit Monaten um den günstigsten Tarif (9,90) auf Deutschland. Komisch dass der Herr mir erklärt hat dass das so nd geht und mind. 16,40 zahle + Dem zerbrechlich Aufkleber. Also fast 25€ per Paket. Nachdem ich erklärt hab dass es in Oberwart anders gehandelt wird und ich dort auch keinen zusätzlichen Sticker drauf hab da es von mir aus schon drauf steht und ich sowieso dafür aufkommen muss wenn was kaputt ist er laut geworden und ich bin dann gegangen. Jedenfalls kann ich erst einen Tag später zur anderen Filiale und bin damit mit meinen Bestellungen einen Tag zu spät. Danke für nichts! Seldom been served so unfriendly. I won't even let myself be screamed at. There are 2 gentlemen in the post. The sturdy gentleman has struck me as super unfriendly for 5 years, but today the rope broke. I have been shipping in another branch for months at the cheapest tariff (9.90) in Germany. Funny that the Lord has explained to me that this is so and pay at least 16.40 + the fragile sticker. So almost € 25 per package. After I explained that things are done differently in Oberwart and I don't have an additional sticker on it because I already have it on it and I have to pay for it anyway if something is broken it got loud and then I left. In any case, I can't go to the other branch until one day later, so I'm one day late with my orders. Thanks for nothing!
