★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wenn man daheim ist, anstatt das er nur den gelben Zettel reinsteckt könnte er mal einfach auch klingeln und nicht das Paket im Auto lassen ! Am nächsten Werktag ist das Paket immer noch nicht da da ich grad bei der Post war!! Hier verschwinden denke ich Bewertungen da ich schon vor langem mal eine schlechte abgegeben hab! Und wenn man sich beschwert wird überhaupt nichts verbessert.
when you're at home, instead of just putting the yellow note in, he could just ring the bell and not leave the parcel in the car! The next working day the package is still not there because I was at the post office !! I think reviews disappear here because I gave a bad one a long time ago! And if you complain, nothing will be improved at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of ladies who work there need more training. 8 out 10 times, I am being overcharged for my shippings. It seems I correct them most of time. Not sure how and why they tend to overcharge but before you go to THIS post office, inform yourself via the App. Thru the App you can use the tariff calculator so you know ahead of time how much your package will cost. If it wasn’t for the App, I would have spent wayyy more than I should. Plus if ur package includes a shipment tracking, make sure to tell them as they won’t offer this service to you, although its included in some of their pricing *_*
I give them 3 stars because it’s probably not their fault. They need better training or perhaps they don’t care about customer service.
