Vielleicht sollte sich auch mal jemand der dafür zuständig/verantwortlich ist die Bewertungen auf trustpilot ansehen! Opening times until 5:30 p.m. are a joke - really very customer-oriented! Da wir versuchen in der Postfiliale 6112 Wattens alles zu unternehmen das unsere Kunden den Mund-Nasenschutz tragen, aber wenn Kunden so unhöflich sind in der Filiale vor den Schalter zu telefonieren tut es uns leid das wir den Kunden nicht aufmerksam gemacht haben!!! Wenn was schief geht (Zustellung RSb), dann ist man nicht zuständig und auch nicht bemüht es zu lösen. Per Telefon ist eine Filiale überhaupt nicht zu erreichen - wo mein Brief war konnte ich nur durch hin fahren zu 2 Postämtern klären. Verbessert euren Kundenservice! Parcels are never in the collection box, opening times are not exactly customer-friendly. If something goes wrong (delivery RSb), then you are not responsible and you do not try to solve it. A branch cannot be reached at all by phone - I could only find out where my letter was by driving to 2 post offices. Improve your customer service!
G	Gabriela Lagana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich würde ich der Postfiliale Wattens 5 * geben. War heute dort. Ein Kunde OHNE Maske, die ganze Zeit telefonierend (Tröpfchen u. Aerosole!). Niemand der MitarbeiterInnen machten ihn darauf aufmerksam. Die Kundschaft mit Maske verdrehten schon die Augen. Selbst auf die Zeichengebung der Kunden, sagten die Mitarbeiter nichts! Aussen vor der Tür haben sich die Kunden aufgeregt. Actually, I would give the Wattens post office a 5 *. Was there today. Wenn man in der Filiale anrufen möchte um sich zu informieren, wird man zuerst zum Tonband weitergeleitet und dann wird gefragt, ob man mit einem Mitarbeiter verbunden werden möchte, dann die 1 drücken... dann wird man JEDESMAL von der Leitung geschmissen bzw. Wird einfach aufgelegt. Die größteFrechheit! Und die Paketzusteller der österreichischen Post sind die faulsten schw... die es gibt. Einfach eine elektronische Benachrichtigung senden dass der Empfänger nicht erreichbar war. Obwohl ich zu Hause auf die Sendung warte. 0 Sterne würde besser passen. Catastrophic!
