★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wünsche jeden, daß er von der ÖHT nichts Dringendes braucht. Jedes Amt in Österreich ist schneller und unkomplizierter. Ein Jahr Bearbeitungszeit ist schon normal...... Und dann gibt es da noch eine gewisse Frau Lung. Viel Spaß mit ihr......
I wish everyone that they do not need anything urgent from the ÖHT. Every office in Austria is faster and less complicated. One year of processing time is normal ...... And then there is a certain Ms. Lung. Have fun with her ......

Denn auch wenn sich die Bearbeitung etwas hingezogen hat, so wurde schlussendlich mein Antrag sehr gerecht behandelt und ermöglichte es unserer Produktion ein Weiterkommen. Die Mitarbeiter:innen und Sachbearbeiter:innen waren sehr kompetent und trotz aller Vorschriften - menschlich. Vielen herzlichen Dank!
I owe the ÖHT a great debt of gratitude. Because even if the processing took a little longer, in the end my application was treated very fairly and made it possible for our production to progress.
