Seit mehr als einem Jahrzehnt bin ich in Obertrum beheimatet. Leider bin ich unverschuldet gehörlos, in ganz Obertrum werde ich wegen meiner Behinderung anerkannt und entsprechend unterstützt. Wenn ich einkaufen gehe, ist bei fast allen Geschäften ein zum Kunden gewandtes Display, wo der Preis angezeigt wird oder es wird mir der Kassenbon gezeigt. Nicht so bei der Apotheke - es gibt für Kunden keine Anzeige, der Kassenbon wird ohne dass das Geld in der Kasse ist, nicht ausgegeben. Ich muss daher mit einem großen Schein bezahlen, der halt mit Sicherheit den Betrag abdeckt, mein Kleingeld sammelt sich unnötigerweise. Einmal hat sich die Bedienstete mir meine Geldtasche aus der Hand genommen und sich selbst bedient. Da ich immer mit meinem Hund unterwegs bin, habe ich x- mal gebeten eine Anhängevorrichtung in der Nähe der Tür anzubringen, das wird ignoriert. Fazit: ich gehe ungern in die Apotheke und bitte meine Frau für mich das zu erledigen, für einen Menschen der versucht trotz seiner Behinderung selbstständig zu leben eine Bankrotterklärung.

I've been based in Obertrum for more than a decade. Unfortunately I am deaf through no fault of my own, in all of Obertrum I am recognized because of my disability and supported accordingly. When I go shopping, almost all shops have a display facing the customer where the price is shown or the receipt is shown to me. Not so at the pharmacy - there is no display for customers, the receipt is not issued without the money in the till. I therefore have to pay with a large bill that will certainly cover the amount, my change accumulates unnecessarily. Once the servant took my wallet out of my hand and helped herself. Since I am always out with my dog, I have asked umpteen times to attach a towing device near the door, that is ignored. Conclusion: I don't like going to the pharmacy and ask my wife to do it for me, for a person who tries to live independently despite his disability, a declaration of bankruptcy.
