I have owned this device since February 2020 and it works perfectly. I bought it directly from the online shop and had a friendly customer service and instructions in German via pdf. received with purchase confirmation

Bei Lieferung habe ich keine ausführliche deutschsprachige Bedienungsanleitung erhalten. Nach ca. 6 Anrufen beim Kundendienst weil die Maschine nicht richtig läuft bekam ich keinen Rückruf mehr. Sehr schlechte Kundenberatung bzw. -betreuung. Garantie gibt es nicht bei kleinster unsachgemäßer Wartung. I can just agree with it! Hands off! Have had the device for 10 months. It does not work anymore. When I received the delivery, I did not receive a detailed manual in German. After about 6 calls to customer service because the machine is not working properly, I did not get a call back. Very bad customer advice and support. There is no guarantee with the smallest improper maintenance.
