★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Ist die Enthärtungsanlage "softliQ:SD18" für den Hausgebrauch fast zu klein dimensioniert! (Bei 4 Personen wirds kritisch!)
Man bekommt bei anderen Anbietern für (sagen wir mal) zumindest das gleiche Geld, eine Anlage mit weit mehr Kapazität!
2. Ich bin enttäuscht von Grünbeck Leonding. Denn wenn man ein Problem hat (weil die Anlage nach knapp 2 Jahren nicht mehr richtig funktioniert!!!) und dieses meldet, gibt's überhaupt keine Rückmeldung!?!
Dabei ist's auch für private Nutzer enorm wichtig, dass die Wasserqualität passt! Da auch die ganzen Elektrogeräte auf die Härte der Anlage eingestellt sind! Da kann man nur hoffen, dass nicht noch mehr kaputt wird!!!
1. Is the "softliQ: SD18" water softener almost too small for domestic use! (With 4 people it gets critical!)
You get at least the same money from other providers (let's say), a system with far more capacity!
2. I am disappointed with Grünbeck Leonding. Because if you have a problem (because the system does not work properly after almost 2 years !!!) and reports it, there is no response at all!?!
It is also extremely important for private users that the water quality is right! Since all the electrical devices are adjusted to the hardness of the system! One can only hope that nothing more will be broken!
