 I also highly recommend Oscar's vegetarian cuisine as a meat eater. Ambience, cuisine and the type of host guarantee culinary delights.

We had a super nice evening with Oscar. Regional and seasonal ingredients in unexpected combinations tasted very good. Delicious organic wine and a great atmosphere. This dinner will be remembered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe einen Kochworkshop bei Oscar kocht gemacht. Saisonale Bio-Produkte werden zu einfachen aber besonderen Gerichten verarbeitet.
Oscar ist ein cooler Charakter der immer eine neue Herausforderung sucht. Vor Kurzem wurde auch sein Kochbuch veröffentlicht. Jetzt ist er wieder auf Reisen aber er hat gemeint er kommt bestimmt wieder nach Innsbruck zurück- irgendwann.
I did a cooking workshop at Oscar cooks. Seasonal organic products are processed into simple but special dishes.
Oscar is a cool character who is always looking for a new challenge. His cookbook was also recently published. Now he's traveling again, but he said he'll definitely come back to Innsbruck - at some point.

We were there for lunch. For only 9.5 euro you get a wonderful menu with great quality!
In the evening you get a 5 corse menu for only 32 euro.
Highly recommended.
I will go as much as i can.
Additional they have a biodynamic-natural winecard also wonderfull!!!
