B	Brenda Eghosa Ayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kam es 2x vor, dass ich mir extra einen Termin bei Herr Krugluger ausmachte um mit ihm zu sprechen und der Termin dann nicht eingetragen war bzw ich von einer anderen Ärztin aufgerufen worden bin. Ich weiß zwar nicht, was man machen muss um den gewünschten Termin zu bekommen aber auf jeden fall reicht ein Anruf anscheind nicht! Es sind alle sehr nett, doch die Ärzte wirken sehr gestresst und man fühlt sich bisschen wie am Fließband.Hinzukommt dass die Ärzte nicht herausfinden konnten woher meine Knieschmerzen kommen, mich deshlab mit Schmerzmittel behandelt haben und ich resistent geworden bin Unfortunately it happened twice that I made an appointment with Mr. Krugluger to talk to him and the appointment was not registered or I was called by another doctor. S	SpoonerErol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die für mich beste Ordination, was Erreichbarkeit, Parkplatz, usw. angeht. Dr. Krugluger und OA Dr. Moser schaffen es immer wieder, wenn ich einen Schmerzschub habe, mich schmerzfrei zu bekommen. Dr. Moser ist ein sehr engagierter Arzt, der auch immer wieder mit tollen Therapien (St.Pölten) überrascht. Am liebsten wäre ich gesund, aber das Team der Ordination sorgt immer für den gewissen Wohnfühlfaktor, da die Absprache und eine gesunde Portion Schmäh oftmals besser sind als Medizin. Ich habe einige Hebetraumata, Discusprolaps, usw., konnte aber immer mit Infiltrationen und Infusionen wieder hergestellt werden. Die vormaligen langen Wartezeiten habe ich noch nie erleben müssen, daher kann ich mir das auch schwer vorstellen. Vielleicht liegt es aber bei mir daran, dass ich immer als akuter Patient gekommen bin. Vielen Dank an alle in der Ordination ! Prager Erol The best ordination for me, in terms of accessibility, parking, etc. Dr. Krugluger and OA Dr. med. Moser always manage to get pain-free when I have a pain spurt. Dr. Moser is a very dedicated doctor, who always surprises with great therapies (St.Pölten). I would like to be healthy, but the ordination team always provides a certain feeling of well-being, because the agreement and a healthy portion of abuse are often better than medicine. I have some lifting trauma, disc prolapse, etc., but could always be restored with infiltrations and infusions. I have never had to experience the former long waiting times, so I find that difficult to imagine. Maybe it is because of me that I have always come as an acute patient. B	Bernhard Landegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz sehr starker Schmerzen in der LWS musste ich 2 Wochen auf einen Arzttermin warten. Die Untersuchung durch Herrn Dr. Moser war ok und er schickte mich zur MRT Untersuchung. Auf einen Termin für die Befundbesprechung hätte ich aber wieder 3!! Wochen warten müssen. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass ich einen massiven Bandscheibenvorfall L4 L5 erlitten habe. Müsste ich jetzt drei Wochen mit extremen Schmerzen leben? Könnte es sein, dass hier wertvolle Zeit für eine Therapie verstreicht? Solche Wartezeiten in einer laufenden Behandlung finde ich persönlich verantwortungslos. Bin jetzt privat zu einem Arzt gegangen, Termin innerhalb von 2 Tagen und hatte auch schon die erste Therapiesitzung. Obwohl die Damen und Herren ja sehr nett bei Herrn Dr. Krugluger, solche Wartezeiten dürfte es nicht geben! But I would have 3 again for an appointment to discuss the findings! Have to wait weeks. It turns out that I suffered a massive L4 L5 herniated disc. Do I have to live with extreme pain for three weeks now? Could it be that valuable time is wasting here for therapy? Personally, I find such waiting times in an ongoing treatment irresponsible. I now went to a doctor privately, made an appointment within 2 days and already had the first therapy session. Although the ladies and gentlemen are very nice to Dr. Krugluger, there shouldn't be such waiting times!
N	Nairolf Aksahorp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor der Gruppenpraxis zusammengebrochen und liegen gelassen - Wie soll man es formulieren, diese Behandlung wünsche ich wirklich niemanden. Trotz Termin war Herr Dr. Thomas Moser unter Zeitdruck und sagte zweimal sehr deutlich, dass er zum nächsten Termin muss. Beim Verlassen der Praxis bin ich letztendlich zusammengebrochen und mit Blaulicht ins Spital gekommen. Danke an das gesamte Team, für die Ersthilfe und das Warten bis der Krankenwagen da war. Ich hoffe Herr Dr. Thomas Moser hatte einen guten Termin in der Praxis, währenddessen ich auf der Straße gelegen bin. Ein Brief an die Ärztekammer wurde bereits versandt. G	Georg Enerwitschläger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die nette Dame am Telefon versicherte mir, das mein fachärztliches Maskenbefreiungsattest in der Ordination akzeptiert wird und ich habe mir aufgrund starker Beschwerden einen Termin vereinbart. Nach wenigen Minuten bekam ich von selbiger Dame einen Rückruf und sie sagte: "Der Chef hat gesagt Behandlungen ohne Maske mach ma ned" und die Praxis Dr. Krugluger hat mir somit meinen bereits vereinbarten Termin ersatzlos gestrichen!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE WILLKÜR, UNMENSCHLICHKEIT UND UNTERLASSENE HILFELEISTUNG!!!!!!!! The nice lady on the phone assured me that my specialist mask exemption certificate is accepted in the ordination and that I have made an appointment due to severe complaints. After a few minutes I got a call back from the same lady and she said: "The boss said treatments without a mask are done" and the practice Dr. Krugluger has canceled my already agreed appointment without replacement !!!!!!!!!!! Absolute arbitrariness, inhumanity and failure to provide assistance !!!!!!!!
k	krisztina bojtor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oberflächliche, kurze, desinterresierte Untersuchung und falsche Diagnose. Gott sei dank haben wir andere Ärzte gefunden die wirklich heilen wollen. Besonders gefährlich ist die Einstellung bei Kindern, ihre spätere, eventuell lebenslange Beschwerden beginnen in dieser Ordination. Superficial, short, disinterested examination and wrong diagnosis. Thank god we found other doctors who really want to heal. The attitude is particularly dangerous with children, their later, possibly lifelong complaints begin in this ordination.

Kein Einfühlungsvermögen bei älteren Patientinnen, die sich allgemein bei allem ohnehin sehr schwer tun. Wochenlange Wartezeit auf einen Termin. Wenn man aufgrund von Gebrechlichkeit etwas zu spät kommt, dann wird man nicht mehr drangenommen und muss einen neuen Termin vereinbaren. Die Sekretärinnen sind unfreundlich und ungehalten. Einfach nur eine große Enttäuschung. As a patient at Dr. Krugluger I was treated very condescendingly. No empathy with older patients, who generally find it difficult to do everything anyway.
