Dr. Freillinger operated on both of my knees within two years (Tep). Super successful! "If I didn't know I had implants, I couldn't believe it. A highly talented doctor who knows what's going on right away, without a lot of fuss. He also repaired my shoulder a week ago. I'm very satisfied.

Höchste Zufriedenheit. Was aber noch wichtiger ist. Die Dame ist wieder Schmerzfrei und fast voll beweglich. Ein Danke, und Bravo Pleasant waiting area. Friendly staff. Doctor very good. In spite of osteoporosis and age 81, my mother inserted a new shoulder joint. Highest level of satisfaction. But what is more important. The lady is pain free again and almost fully mobile. M	Marko D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sprechstundenhilfe sehr unfreundlich und anscheinend unkompetent für ihren Beruf wirkt sehr nervös am Telefon was den Arzt an sich angeht von null bis zehn würde ich ihn mit einer fünf bewerten ,nimmt sich leider wenig zeit für seine patienten und stellt als Facharzt für Orthopädie kein Fachärztlichen Bestätigungen aus die ich selbstverständlich gezahlen hätte. Hat nicht mal angerufen um es zuerst zu besprechen um was und für was es hierbei geht sondern übermittelt es seiner Empfangsdame die anscheinend nicht weis wie ernst die sache ist. Nach frage wieso mich der Arzt selber nicht angerufen hat obwohl es von ihr selbst gesagt wurde ! Bekam ich als Antwort " er ist schon gegangen lies mich das ausrichten er hatte eine harten tag hinter sich und müsse mich nicht anrufen" Anscheinend ist ihnen das Wohlbefinden für ihren Patienten mit starken Schmerzen und Bewegungseinschränkungen nicht so wichtig. Mir wurde von der PVA bezüglich einer Reha nämlich eine Bestätigung verlangt von meinem Facharzt Irgendwie nach 3 jahren sehr sehr schade. Didn't even call to first discuss what and what this was about, but instead passed it on to his receptionist who apparently doesn't know how serious the matter is. I asked why the doctor didn't call me even though she said it herself! I got the answer "he has already left let me tell you that he had a hard day and didn't have to call me" Apparently, the well-being of their patients with severe pain and restricted mobility is not so important to them. The PVA asked for confirmation from my specialist regarding rehab Somehow, after 3 years, very, very unfortunate.

Ich hab gleich am nächsten Tag einen Termin bekommen, wofür ich wirklich dankbar bin. Bei mir war Hr. Dr. Freilinger sehr freundlich und kompetent und ich hatte nicht das Gefühl unfair behandelt oder abgefertigt zu werden. Zu der Behandlung hab ich zusätzlich Tipps bekommen, welche meine Knie in Zukunft nur zugute kommen werden. I have called because of acute pain in my knees and asked if I could ev. The next days could be inserted (new patient). I got an appointment the next day, for which I'm really grateful. Hr. Dr. Freilinger very friendly and competent and I did not feel unfairly treated or handled. In addition to the treatment, I got tips that will only benefit my knees in the future.

Mit der Betreuung bin ich absolut zufrieden, kurze Wartezeiten in der Ordination und kurze, klare Behandlungsgespräche (ich komme ja nicht zum Small Talk vorbei) Nach mehreren Athroskopien war heuer eine Knieprothese nötig, die OP wurde von Dr. Freilinger selbst ausgeführt. Mit dem Heilungsverlauf war ich höchst zufrieden und nach der Reha war ich deutlich mobiler als zuvor. 5 Sterne! Due to my knee problems, I have been a patient at Dr. Freilinger. I am absolutely satisfied with the care, short waiting times in the ordination and short, clear treatment discussions (I can't come by for small talk). After several athroscopies, a knee prosthesis was necessary this year, the operation was carried out by Dr. Freilinger himself carried out. I was extremely satisfied with the healing process and after the rehab I was much more mobile than before. 5 Stars!

Auf meinen MR- Befund hat der Arzt nur einen flüchtigen Blick geworfen. Aber ich bin ja leider nur ÖGK Patient! Ordinationsassistentin sehr freundlich! Despite only a few patients in the surgery, I was treated by the representative doctor Dr. T. "processed" within 4 minutes! The doctor only glanced at my MRI results. But unfortunately I'm only an ÖGK patient! ordination assistant very friendly!
Z	Zara Zero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Freilinger ist kompetent, Personal freundlich und die Praxis schön eingerichtet. Den Abzug gibt es, da man trotz Terminvereinbarung eine Wartezeit von ca. 3 Stunden hat, einmal sogar noch länger. Begründet wird das damit das dringendere Fälle Vorrang haben. Was an sich ja verständlich ist, andererseits wirft es die Frage auf warum man überhaupt einen Termin vereinbaren muss und wie viele dringende Fälle es in dieser Praxis eigentlich gibt. Für wirklich dringende Fälle, gibt es orthopädische Ambulanzen. dr Freilinger is competent, the staff is friendly and the practice is beautifully furnished. There is a deduction because, despite making an appointment, you have a waiting time of about 3 hours, sometimes even longer. This is justified by the fact that more urgent cases have priority. Which in itself is understandable, but on the other hand it raises the question of why you have to make an appointment at all and how many urgent cases there are in this practice. For really urgent cases, there are orthopedic ambulances.
