★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Termin sollte ich über eine Stunde warten. Und das in einem engen, überfüllten Wartebereich, der nicht mal ausreichend Sitzplätze bietet. Ich musste mit vielen anderen Patient:innen am Gang stehen, an dem laufend Kurgäste vorbeihuschten. Sowas sollte nicht sein, schon gar nicht während einer Pandemie. Generell finde ich solche Wartezeiten eine Zumutung und zeugen von Profitgier, indem möglichst viele Patient:innen an einem Tag "reingequetscht" werden, obwohl offensichtlich Ressourcen fehlen. Ein No-go in der Gesundheitsbranche.
I had to wait over an hour even though I had an appointment. And that in a narrow, crowded waiting area that doesn't even offer enough seats. I had to stand with many other patients in the aisle, which spa guests were constantly scurrying past. That shouldn't be the case, especially not during a pandemic. In general, I find such waiting times an impertinence and show greed for profit, in that as many patients as possible are "squeezed in" in one day, although resources are obviously lacking. A no-go in the healthcare industry.
