Die Betreuerin in Bad Kreuzen wußte genau was sie tut, um die Situation abzuklären und das Notwendigste gleich mal sicherzustellen: Essen, Trinken, Brauchen Sie einen Arzt? Basis-Info gab's gleich schriftlich in der Muttersprache. Leider durfte ich nicht mit auf das Zimmer. Das wirkte auf mich etwas zu streng: es geht um die Privatsphäre der hier wohnenden Flüchtlinge und auch Sicherheit. Na gut, das habe ich verstanden aber deshalb gebe ich nur 4 Sternchen. I was totally surprised. I took an escort to one of the homes and "my" refugee was received very professionally and well. The supervisor in Bad Kreuzen knew exactly what she is doing to clarify the situation and to ensure the essentials: food, drink, need a doctor? Basic info was written in the native language. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to go to the room. It was a bit too strict for me: it's about the privacy of the refugees living there and also about security. Okay, I understood that, but that's why I only give 4 asterisks.

Als Arbeitgeber wird nach BAGS/SWÖ bezahlt, es gibt Benefits für die Mitarbeiter wie auch einen ORS Tag mit großem Programm. I have been working at ORS since 2014 and I like being there. The concept makes sense and is systematically implemented. Employers are paid according to BAGS / SWÖ, there are benefits for the employees as well as an ORS day with a great program.

Da sind wohl auch Posts dabei, die keinen Arbeitstag bei ORS gearbeitet haben ... Meine persönliche Erfahrung: gut. Das Geld kommt pünktlich, man wird gut eingearbeitet, die Atmosphäre ist sehr kollegial und wenigstens mal nicht katholisch oder evangelisch oder politisch links oder rechts ... Noch besser wäre: weniger Papierkram und Bürokratie The spirits seem to separate visibly. I have been there for some time. There are also posts here that have not worked a day at ORS ... My personal experience: good. The money comes on time, you are well trained, the atmosphere is very collegial and at least not Catholic or Protestant or political left or right ... Even better: less paperwork and bureaucracy

Es gibt ein Qualitymanagementsystem zudem wir Mitarbeiter Zugang haben, klare Richtlinien, welche grossteils vom Auftraggeber kommen. Die Bezahlung ist über jener von Mitbewerbern. Auch die neutrale Haltung gegenüber den Asylbewerbern muss einmal erwähnt werden. Ich bin nach wie vor gerne dabei und schätze die geleistete Arbeit.
