★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte Termin bei Dr. Preinstorfer, einfühlsam, nett, freundlich, sehr genau, man bekommt Auskunft über jede Frage und ganz WICHTIG - man verspürt keinen Zeitdruck.
I had an appointment with Dr. Preinstorfer, sensitive, nice, friendly, very accurate, you get information about every question and very IMPORTANT - you feel no time pressure.

Es wird sich immer genügend Zeit genommen und auch wenn man ganz dringend einen Termin benötigt, geben sie immer ihr bestmöglichstes, damit man einen bekommt.
Auch bei Unklarheiten, Fragen, Sorgen wird sich immer Zeit genommen, ob am Telefon oder per E-Mail.
Auch die Arztässistäntin/ Sekretärin nimmt einen immer so herzlich und charmant in Empfang.

They always take enough time and even if you urgently need an appointment, they always do their best to get you one.
Even with ambiguities, questions or worries, time is always taken, whether on the phone or by e-mail.
The doctor's assistant / secretary always welcomes you so warmly and charmingly.
