Die Kleine hat Schmerzen, er wurde abgewiesen da er keinen Termin hat. Ein Termin wurde ihm auch verweigert, da der Hausarzt am Nachmittag offen hat. Ich finde es furchtbar einem Kind ärztliche Hilfe zu verweigern.
My son-in-law came to the practice today with my 8-year-old granddaughter, as we suspect she has mumps. The little one is in pain, he was turned away because he has no appointment. He was also refused an appointment because the family doctor is open in the afternoon. I find it terrible to refuse medical attention to a child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette und einfühlsame Ärztin die alles perfekt macht, leider wird dieses Bild von der arroganten Empfangsdame sowohl persönlich als auch über Telefon ruiniert idem Sie sich überall einmischt kein Interesse zeigt und über der Ärztin ihren Kopf hinweg die Dauer von Krankschreibungen kürzt.
Very nice and empathetic doctor who does everything perfectly, unfortunately this picture is ruined by the arrogant receptionist both in person and over the phone because she interferes everywhere and shows no interest and shortens the duration of sick leave over the doctor's head.
