★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antwortet auf Anfrage für eine Besichtigung sehr schnell, kann dann aber erst in fast 2 Wochen einen Termin geben. Bei der Anzeigenbeschreibung aufpassen!! Es werden Dinge angegeben, die VIELLEICHT gebaut werden können, die aber in keinster Weise vorhanden sind (so wie Parkettböden, Fußbodenheizung usw). Im Grunde könnte bei einem Haus auch Schwimmbad stehen, denn das könnte ich vielleicht ja auch hineinbauen. Daher nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend .
 Responds very quickly to requests for a viewing, but can only make an appointment in almost 2 weeks. Pay attention to the description of the ad !! It states things that MAYBE can be built, but are not available in any way (such as parquet floors, underfloor heating, etc.). Basically, a house could also have a swimming pool, because maybe I could build that into it too. So not very trustworthy.
