Die Damen bei der Empfang eigenartig aber ja mit denen hat man nicht viel zu tun The Dr. is very friendly, competent and takes the time for the patients. The waiting time is about 5 to 20 minutes. Wollte den Hausarzt wechseln weil ich umgesiedelt bin nach NÖ war mir jedoch nicht möglich da die Dame meinte, dass dies nur Quartalsweise möglich ist obwohl ich in diesem Quartal nicht bei meinem Hausarzt war. Das hat sie einfach nicht interessiert. Anscheinend werden hier Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund absichtlich abgewiesen, da die Frau die vor mir an der Reihe war, den Hausarzt ohne Probleme gleich wechseln konnte. Very unfriendly staff at the reception. I wanted to change the family doctor because I have moved to Lower Austria, but I was not able to do so because the lady said that this is only possible on a quarterly basis although I was not at my family doctor in that quarter. She just didn't care. Apparently, people with a migrant background are deliberately turned away here because the woman who came before me could change the family doctor without any problems.

Ich gehe zwar - zum Glück - selten zum Arzt, aber wenn dann hier hin. Einzig das Personal an der Annahme könnte etwas freundlicher sein, aber es gibt sicher deutlich schlimmeres. ;-) The doctors practice are great. Benötige nicht sehr oft einen Arzt und wenn doch, gibt es hier ein großes Spektrum das abgedeckt wird. Solche Ordinationen gibt es heute nicht mehr so viele. Bin die sehr freundliche Behandlung beim Empfang bis jetzt nicht gewohnt gewesen. Die Terminvergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert und die Wartezeiten waren dadurch zu vernachlässigen. Die Behandlungen waren ohne Hast und kompetent. Freue mich gut behandelt alt werden zu können. The ordination was fortunately recommended to my family. Dr. Kren war im Urlaub) und von diesem Tag an wusste ich das ich nicht mehr zu ihr gehe. Herr Doktor Balga ist sehr bemüht ,nimmt seine Patienten Ernst und arbeitet sehr schnell und vorallem genau ! Er ist ein super Arzt der daran interessiert ist das seine Patienten langfristig gesund bleiben und nicht nur mal schnell akute Dinge behandelt. Trotz vieler Leute in der Ordination kommt man sehr sehr schnell dran. Top Arzt. Top Team !! Great doctor and great team. I came across Dr Balga by chance. Mich hat es gewundert, dass viele über das Empfangspersonal negativ berichten?‍♀️ bis jetzt hat alles gut geklappt und ich bin seit 3 Jahren bei ihnen also 5 sterne von mir Very good doctor and very good doctor.
