★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empfangen wird man mit schlechter Laune, keine Erklärungen von Hr. Dr. was er genau macht, oder was das bedeutet. Keine Empathie den Patienten gegenüber, hier gehe ich nicht mehr hin!
You will be received with a bad mood, no explanations from Hr. Dr. what he does exactly, or what that means. No empathy towards the patient, here I do not go anymore!

Alle Angestellten sind sehr nett zu den Patienten. Dr. Kornfell erlebe ich als sehr kompetenten Arzt .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen....Ich hatte Zahnschmerzen, wurde sofort behandelt, bekam eine Wurzelbehandlung, vor der ich mich umsonst gefürchtet habe ?
Das gesamte Team super nett & zuvorkommend. DANKE ☺
I can not understand the bad reviews at all .... I had a toothache, was treated immediately, received root canal treatment, which I was afraid of for free ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ehrlich zu sein, ich bin ein ziemlicher Feigling wenn ich beim Zahnarzt bin. Ich mag Schmerzen überhaupt nicht. Das Team und Doktor Kornfell ist immer verständnisvoll und einfühlsam. Soweit ich es beurteilen kann ist Dr Kornfell sehr kompetent.
Auch auch im Notfall, und wenn es nur eine ausgebrochene Blombe ist, findet das Team eine Möglichkeit den Patienten zu helfen.
To be honest, I'm quite a coward when I'm at the dentist. I don't like pain at all. The team and Doctor Kornfell is always understanding and empathetic. As far as I can tell, Dr Kornfell is very competent.
The team also finds a way to help patients in an emergency, and if it's just a broken bomb.

Dr. Kornfell ist sehr darauf bedacht Zähne zu erhalten und wenn doch mal eine technische Arbeit nötig ist wird genau erklärt welche Möglichkeiten es gibt und welche Kosten entstehen werden. Mich hat aber am meisten beeindruck, wie einfühlsam darauf reagiert wurde als ich einmal nicht 100%ig zufrieden war. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt und ich verließ mit einem breiten Lächeln die Ordination. Ich habe zwar 1 Stunde Anfahrtszeit - ich würde aber trotzdem nicht wechseln.
Excellent quality and a super nice team! Dr. Kornfell is very careful to preserve teeth and if technical work is necessary it will be explained exactly what options there are and what costs will be incurred. What impressed me most, however, was how sensitive the reaction was when I was not 100% satisfied. Within a very short time everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I left the ordination with a big smile. I have 1 hour to get there - but I still wouldn't change.
