Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und alle waren durchwegs herzlich und freundlich. Das Ziehen selbst war natürlich nicht angenehm aber der Doktor hatte eine beruhigende Wirkung und dadurch verging die Zeit sehr schnell. Ich bekam zwei Stressbälle um mich abzulenken und das hat mir wirklich geholfen, eine gute Idee! Ich bin vor Zahnarztbesuchen immer sehr aufgeregt und gerade deswegen fand ich das Auftreten des gesamten Praxis-Teams einfach super! Ich komme gerne wieder! I was at the Dr. Kränzl to pull a wisdom tooth. I felt that I was in very good hands and everyone was warm and friendly throughout. The pull itself was of course not pleasant, but the doctor had a calming effect and the time passed very quickly. I got two stress balls to distract myself and that really helped, a good idea! I am always very excited before going to the dentist, which is precisely why I found the entire practice team to behave very well! I will gladly come again!

Bis der Leidensdruck so gross war dass ich Dr. Kränzl aufsuchte um einen Termin für eine OP unter Vollnarkose zu vereinbaren. Meine Überraschung war gross als er sagte dass wegen einem Zahn Vollnarkose keinen Sinn macht, bzw. eine zu grosse Belastung für meinen Körper wäre... Und nach anfänglicher Abwehr und Überwindung meinerseits, hat er meinen Weisheitszahn in gefühlten 2 Minuten rausgehabt... Nochmals Danke an Alle und Ihr seid die Besten ;-) Thanks to Dr. Kränzl and his team I was in severe pain for a week due to a wisdom tooth that was not pulled. Until the suffering was so great that I called Dr. Kränzl went to make an appointment for an operation under general anesthesia. My surprise was great when he said that general anesthesia does not make sense because of a tooth, or that it would be too much of a strain on my body ... And after the initial defense and overcoming on my part, he got my wisdom tooth out in what felt like 2 minutes ... Thanks again to everyone and you are the best ;-)

Das ganze Team ist äußerst freundlich, sowohl das Beratungsgespräch als auch der Termin waren rasch und ohne gröbere Wartezeiten. Dr. Kränzl hat eine sehr angenehme Art und erklärt alles detailliert und mit Witz, wenn auch manchmal etwas rasch. Wobei er auf Fragen sehr genau eingeht und ich vor dem Eingriff top informiert wurde. Das Ziehen selbst war ohne jegliche Probleme, die örtliche Betäubung super ohne dass ich Stunden danach ein Kribbeln verspürte, selbst am Tag danach war nichts geschwollen und ich hatte keinerlei Schmerzen. Ich bin komplett zufrieden! On the recommendation of my dentist, I went to Dr. Kränzl to pull a wisdom tooth out of me. The whole team is extremely friendly, both the consultation and the appointment were quick and without any lengthy waiting times. Dr. Kränzl has a very pleasant manner and explains everything in detail and with humor, albeit sometimes a little quickly. Whereby he answers questions very precisely and I was well informed before the procedure. The pulling itself was without any problems, the local anesthesia was great without feeling a tingling sensation for hours afterwards, even the day after that there was nothing swollen and I had no pain whatsoever. I am completely satisfied!

Doch der Herr Doktor hat mich von meiner Angst heruntergebracht und zusätzlich habe ich zwei Anti Stressbälle gegen die Angst bzw. Nervosität bekommen. Das finde ich persönlich eine sehr einfallsreiche Idee, um sich vom eigentlich Thema abzulenken. Abgesehen davon fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben und alle sind sehr freundlich. Super Ordination! Komme gerne wieder! I was at the Dr. Kränzl, to have my wisdom tooth pulled out. I was very nervous and was pretty scared of it. But the doctor brought me down from my fear and I also received two anti-stress balls against fear or nervousness. Personally, I think that's a very imaginative idea to distract yourself from the actual topic. Apart from that, you feel very well taken care of and everyone is very friendly. Super ordination! I would love to come back!

Dr. Kränzl ist sehr humorvoll, was mir persönlich die Angst vor der Behandlung genommen hat. Ich habe keinerlei Schmerzen beim Ziehen des Weisheitszahnes gespürt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! I felt very comfortable once again during my visit today. The whole team is very nice and friendly. Dr. Kränzl is very humorous, which personally took away my fear of the treatment. I did not feel any pain when pulling the wisdom tooth. I can only recommend!

I needed an apicoectomy (Wurzelspitzenresektion) and at all stages I was treated with courtesy and respect even though I was not a private client. The receptionist is polite and efficient. I even got a call to reconfirm my appointment 2 days beforehand. The surgeon is also friendly and courteous and clearly at the top of his profession. He noticed my German is not the best and switched to English and proceeded to explain all the stages in the operation so that I knew what to expect. Everything proceeded as described and the procedure was over in about 20 minutes. Yes, it was an uncomfortable procedure, but he made me feel well-cared for and perfectly safe. His assistant was also brilliant. I've had quite a few dental interventions and never have I had suction applied so efficiently - no excess fluid and virtually no debris left in my mouth at all - simply amazing. Top marks all round! Well done, Dr. Kränzl and team and again, thank you very much.
