Freundliches Personal, zeitnahe Terminvergabe; Beratung, Durchführung und Nachbetreuung waren sehr gut. Es wurde sogar die Möglichkeit geboten, benötigte Medikamente gleich vor Ort zum Apothekenpreis zu bekommen und sich so einen extra Weg zu ersparen. Und natürlich essenziell: die Operation war schmerzfrei. I completed a wisdom tooth removal there and can only report positive things. Friendly staff, timely appointments; Advice, implementation and follow-up support were very good. It was even possible to get the medication you need on site at the pharmacy price and save yourself an extra trip. And of course, essential: the operation was painless.

Da ich vor einigen Jahren von Herrn Dr. Peters bei einer sehr komplizierten Weisheitszahnentfernung zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit betreut wurde, war es für mich völlig klar, den ersten großen Check-up meines Sohnes in dieser Ordination durchführen zu lassen. Da mein Sohn vor ärztlichen Behandlungen generell eher ängstlich agiert, war er schon nach dem Betreten der Ordination mit Wohnzimmeratmosphäre und dem herzlichen Empfang der netten Dame an der Rezeption weniger skeptisch. Ohne weitere Wartezeit wurden wir zur Untersuchung gebeten. Herr Dr. Peters nahm sich für meinen kleinen Angstpatienten sehr viel Zeit, erklärte ihm alles kindgerecht und scherzte mit ihm, so dass mein Sohn bald sämtliche Ängste ablegte. Schlussendlich hatten die beiden wirklich Spaß miteinander. Ich möchte mich nochmals für die kompetente Behandlung und die Empathie von Herrn Dr. Peters und seinem ganzen Team recht herzlich bedanken. Hier stimmt wirklich alles! Wir werden auch in Zukunft treue Patienten dieser Ordination sein. Personally and professionally absolutely recommendable!!! Since a few years ago Dr. Peters was cared for to my complete satisfaction during a very complicated wisdom tooth removal, it was completely clear to me to have my son's first major check-up carried out in this practice. Since my son is generally rather anxious before medical treatment, he was less skeptical after entering the surgery with its living room atmosphere and the warm welcome from the nice lady at the reception. Without further waiting, we were asked for an examination. Dr. Peters took a lot of time for my little anxious patient, explained everything to him in a child-friendly way and joked with him, so that my son soon shed all his fears. In the end, the two really had fun together. I would like to thank you again for the competent treatment and the empathy of Dr. Thank you very much Peters and his whole team. Everything is right here! We will continue to be loyal patients of this practice in the future.

All my visits have been extremely positive: very friendly staff, great explanation of what will be done during each procedure, support in both German and English, and above all the final dental result was excellent!

I was at first nervous at having four teeth removed but I was already experiencing jaw pain. My jaw feels much better now after the procedure. He and his team did a great job! From the first phone call to set up a consultation I knew that it was going to be a good experience (as far as oral surgery can be a good experience). The office is lovely, organized, and clean. The staff are friendly. Appointments are easy to schedule and take place on time. Dr. Peters gave us an extremely thorough description of the procedure and why it was necessary. He discussed possible complications and gave us a timeline for the recovery. His English is excellent and he is kind, patient, and professional. Likewise the anesthesiologist he uses. The surgery was very quick, and my son was finished, alert, and ready to leave the office within an hour. It's now a week later, the stitches are out, the swelling is down, and my son is looking forward to eating crunchy things again. I recommend Dr. Peters very highly. Great service, great doctor.
