Wartezeiten haben sich verlängert ins extreme
Jedoch war ich mal dort war Krank und sie schikte mich Heim weil zu sei. Doch es kamen drei Kunden in die Ordination

Waiting times have become extreme
However, once I was there I was sick and she sent me home because it was closed. But three customers came to the ordination

Auch Empfang und Blutabnahme ist freundlich und gut organisiert.
Dr. Hoyer looks competent, takes enough time for a meeting and feels very well looked after.
Reception and blood collection is also friendly and well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nimmt sich keine Zeit und sofort Schmerzmittel - Ich kam wegen einem Pfeifen im Ohr - hat mir 5 Sekunden zugehört und die Diagnose war Druck im Ohr und 1 Woche Schmerzmittel. Habe danach einen Ohrenarzt aufgesucht der nach einem Hörtest keinen Druck gefunden hat. Im Endeffekt war’s der Rücken - 1 Woche Schmerzmittel für nichts
Doesn't take time and pain meds straight away - I came in for a ringing in my ear - listened to me for 5 seconds and the diagnosis was ear pressure and 1 week pain meds. I then went to an ear doctor who found no pressure after a hearing test. In the end it was the back - 1 week of painkillers for nothing
