Dr. Bitschnau, wir wurden am 07.02.17 um 4 h Morgen über den Ärztenotdienst mit Ihnen verbunden: Kurze Geschichte: meine Schwiegermutter schon seit Freitag im Bett, litt unter starken Schwindel und Erbrechen, jedoch in dieser Nacht schmerzen am Hinterkopf , Nacken bis zum Schulterbereich und Blutdruck von 195/88/55 deshalb unsere Sorge Gehirnschlag oder Infarkt????? Sie wurde jedoch am Samstag zuvor vom Diensthabenden Arzt beim Hausbesuch auf Grund einer Blutabnahme mit dem Medikament TAMIFLU versorgt. ?????? Danken möchten wir Ihnen das Sie sich um 4h Morgen so viel Zeit mit einem ausführliches Gespräch uns vermittelt haben das es hier mit größter Wahrscheinlichkeit um keine Grippe handelt sondern um einen Lagerungs-oder Drehschwindel handelt und uns auch geraten unbed. einen HNO Arzt aufzusuchen und wir könnten beruhigt sein es gäbe keinen Grund zur Sorge von Gehirnschlag oder Infarkt! Zur Info an Sie liebe Fr. Doktor lt. HNO-Arzt hatten sich im Gehörgang Kristalle gelöst die irgendwo umherschwebten! Meine Schwiegermutter geht es nun wieder besser! Mit Ihrer Diagnose würden wir wahrscheinlich heuten noch nicht den genauer Grund für Ihr Unwohlsein wissen! Nochmals vielen, vielen herzlichen Dank Mfg. Fr. Kandler Erika Dr. Fr. Bitschnau, we were on 07.02.17 at 4 h morning connected to the doctors emergency service with you: Short story: my mother-in-law since Friday in bed, suffered from severe dizziness and vomiting, but that night hurt at the back of the head, neck to the shoulder area and blood pressure of 195/88/55 therefore our concern cerebral or infarct ????? However, she was on Saturday before by the duty doctor at the home visit due to a blood sample supplied with the drug TAMIFLU. ?????? We would like to thank you for giving us so much time around 4h morning with a detailed conversation that this is most likely not a flu, but a storage or rotary fraud and we also advised to go to an ENT doctor and we could be reassured there would be no reason to worry about cerebral or infarct! For info to you dear Fr. Doctor lt. ENT doctor had dissolved in the ear canal crystals that hovered somewhere! My mother in law is doing better now! m	melanie Wimmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da sich der Gesundheitszustand meines Sohnes am Wochenende verschlechterte (jedes Jahr Rs-Virus), wandte ich mich an den Bereitschaftsdienst, Dr. Andrea Bitschnau-Friedl. Ich hatte das Gefühl, das sie mich nicht ernst nahm. Sie empfahl mir Medikamente, die vom Krankenhaus abgelehnt wurde, da sich dadurch der Gesundheitszustand meines Sohnes verschlechterte. Ich wies sie darauf hin. Alles was sie dazu sagte, war, wegen solchen Leute wie Ihnen , müssen wir an Weihnachten und Feiertagen Arbeiten. Sie stellte mich auch als rabenmutter hin, da ich keine Medikamente für den Virus , auf Vorrat zu Hause habe. (Die Medikamente verschreibt kein Arzt auf Vorrat) Since my son's health deteriorated over the weekend (Rs virus every year), I turned to the on-call service, Dr. Andrea Bitschnau-Friedl. I felt like she wasn't taking me seriously. She recommended medication to me, which the hospital refused because it made my son's health worse. I pointed this out to her. All she said was, because of people like you, we have to work on Christmas and public holidays. She also portrayed me as a bad mother because I don't have any medicine for the virus at home. (No doctor prescribes the medication in advance)

Ich möchte Frau Dr. Bitschnau-Friedl die Höchstpunkte geben, weil meine Erfahrungen mit ihr - und ich bin jetzt über 10 Jahre Patientin - durchaus positiv sind. Auch ich hatte eine medizinische Notsituation zu bewältigen und fühlte mich anfänglich leider nicht gut betreut. Im Rückblick muss ich aber sagen, dass Frau Dr. Bischnau-Friedl zum Glück aktiv auf mich zugekommen ist, das Gespräch gesucht und mir ihre Sicht nochmals erklärt hat. Das tat unserer Arzt-Patienten-Beziehung wirklich enorm gut. Wir haben einen neuen Zugang zueinander gefunden. Ich denke die individuelle Beziehung zu seiner praktischen Ärztin muss nicht nur auf fachliche Kompetenz beruhen, sondern vor allem auf der persönlichen Ebene passen. Und zum Glück tut es das auch! Großes Lob auch für ihr tolles Ordinationsteam ! Sorry, I accidentally mistook the negative post of Mrs. Wimmer. I would like to thank Dr. Ing. Bitschnau-Friedl give the highest points, because my experience with her - and I am now over 10 years patient - quite positive. I also had to cope with a medical emergency situation and initially did not feel well looked after. But in retrospect I have to say that Dr. Thankfully, Bischnau-Friedl actively approached me, looked for the conversation and once again explained her point of view. That really did our doctor-patient relationship really well. We have found a new approach to each other. I think the individual relationship with his medical practitioner does not just have to be based on professional competence, but above all on a personal level. And luckily it does too! Great praise also for her great ordination team!

Durch das persönliche Kennenlernen fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Bin wirklich begeistert und kann die Ordination nur weiterempfehlen! Very positive first impression! Very competent. Take time for the patient. No mass processing. Getting to know each other personally makes you feel very well cared for. I am really enthusiastic and can only recommend the ordination!

Ich kann schon verstehen dass in Corona Zeiten extrem viel Stress ist und man keine neuen Patienten aktuell annimmt aber man kann 1 trotzdem freundlich bleiben und 2 eine Auskunft geben was man machen kann wenn man Krank ist und eine Bestätigung für die Arbeit braucht. Danke für nix Completely unfriendly on the phone, I've really never seen anything like that. I can understand that there is a lot of stress in Corona times and you are not currently accepting new patients, but you can 1 still remain friendly and 2 provide information about what you can do when you are sick and need confirmation for your work. Thanks for nothing

Hilft keinen und außerdem muss man wegen JEDEN Arztbesuch umbedingt einen Corona-PCR Test machen da es ja keine anderen Krankheiten mehr auf dieser Welt gibt. Keine Empfehlung. Lg Very bad doctor. Doesn't help anyone and you also have to do a corona PCR test for EVERY doctor visit because there are no other diseases in this world. No recommendation. LG

Als ich zum Termin (bekam sofort einen) erschien, sagte man mir einfach nur ich muss einen pcr test machen obwohl ich genesen war. Mit der Ärztin durfte ich nicht sprechen. Da ich jedoch darauf bestanden habe, kam dann eine Ärztin zu mir, jedoch nicht Fr. Dr. Bitschnau-Friedl. Irgendeine Vertretung vermutlich. Diese fragte mich was ich nun von ihr möchte, denn es wurde doch bereits ein pcr test gemacht... sie war sehr genervt und ging dann einfach wieder, ohne sich zu verabschieden. Naja vorgestellt hat sie sich ja auch nicht. Die Assistentin, die sehr nett war, sagte mir dann, dass ich jetzt gehen kann. I wasn't feeling well and wanted to get it checked out. When I showed up for the appointment (I got one straight away) I was just told I had to do a pcr test even though I had recovered. I wasn't allowed to speak to the doctor. However, since I insisted, a doctor came to me, but not Mrs. Dr. Bitschnau-Friedl. Some showing probably. She asked me what I wanted from her now, because a pcr test had already been done... she was very annoyed and then just left without saying goodbye. Well, she didn't introduce herself. The assistant who was very nice then told me I can go now.
