Einige Patienten die nach mir gekommen sind, sind vor mir drangekommen aber sonst sehr netter Arzt und die Frau an der Rezeption sehr nett. I had a positive experience but the waiting times were very long. Some patients come after me are in front of me, but otherwise very nice doctor and the woman at the front desk very nice.

Might be a suggestion to reception personnel to increase English speaking.This will help for multicultural environment even though they are also helpful.
