E	Elisabeth Grüneis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hr. Dr. Schnürzler ist sicherlich ein sehr kompetenter, zuverlässiger und durchaus freundlich Arzt. Seine Vorzimmerdamen jedoch etwas "herb". Vor allem, wenn man einen Termin übersieht. Ich habe mich dafür entschuldigen, als Antwort bekam ich den Vorwurf, dass ich einen "Schnelltermin" bekommen hätte und einfach nicht komme, was ich nicht so bestätigen kann. Da bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob hier richtig zugehört wird! Ich habe mich natürlich über mich selbst geärgert, da die Wartezeit bei Augenärzten ja sehr, sehr lange sein können und der Termin für meinen Sohn war. Ich denke ich war am Telefon durchaus freundlich und so etwas kann nun mal passieren. Unsere Termine davor haben wir immer eingehalten. Natürlich weiß ich, das die gesamte Ordination nicht erfreut ist, es war ja auch nicht meine Absicht, aber an einer Lösung ist man scheinbar auch nicht interessiert. Schade! Mr. Dr. Schnürzler is certainly a very competent, reliable and thoroughly friendly doctor. His antechambers, however, something "harsh". Especially if you miss an appointment. I apologized for that, but in response I got the accusation that I got a "fast time" and just did not come, which I can not confirm. I'm not sure if this is listening properly! Of course I was annoyed with myself, because the waiting time with ophthalmologists can be very, very long and was the date for my son. I think I was quite friendly on the phone and something like that can happen. We have always adhered to our appointments before that. Of course, I know that the entire ordination is not pleased, it was not my intention, but a solution seems to be not interested. Pity!

Musste bis jetzt noch nie lange auf einen Termin warten. After a long search I worked with Dr. Schnürzler and his team finally a competent ophthalmologist found. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait long for an appointment.

Sie ist derart unhöflich und frech. Als ich wegen meinem Auge teemin haben wollte weil ich schmerzen atte und etwas entdeckt hatte meinte sie unhöflich" haben sie das erst jetzt bermerkt oder wie" und in der art "ich glaube ihnen das nicht aber komm mal. Auch als ich dort war, war sie sehr unhöflich und gibt von sich herabgelassene Worte. Ich hoffe der Herr Doktor kümmert sich darum. The doctor is very nice and competent but I cannot say that of his employees. Especially the one with the black hair. She is so rude and cheeky. When I wanted to have teemin because of my eye because I was in pain and discovered something, she said impolite "they only noticed it now or how" and in the way "I don't believe it but come on. Even when I was there she is very rude and uttered words I hope the doctor will take care of it.

Hygiene Maßnahmen wurden perfekt eingehalten. Arzt Gespräch war ebenfalls sehr ausführlich. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, auch meine Fragen wurden alle sehr kompetent beantwortet. Tolles Team... Klare Empfehlung! LG ??? Was the first time in this ordination, hadn't had to wait long for an appointment. The ladies are friendly and everything was explained in detail. Hygiene measures were adhered to perfectly. Doctor conversation was also very detailed. I felt that I was in very good hands, and all of my questions were answered very competently. Great team ... Kompetentes Personal und netter Doktor..? Eye on a wooden slate. It was very painful and inflamed. Got an appointment straight away. Very nice ladies at the reception. Competent staff and nice doctor..?
