Er war leider der einzige Arzt, der heute einen Termin frei hatte. Ein Mann, der nicht mit Hilfesuchenden zusammen gelassen werden dürfte. Schade, dass wir diese Erfahrung heute machen mussten ? I have never seen such a crude and insensitive doctor. He was so gruff and so incredibly rude. My 11 year old daughter is shocked. Unfortunately, he was the only doctor who had an appointment today. A man who shouldn't be left with people seeking help. Too bad we had to have this experience today ?

Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und jeder weiß das Zahnarztbesuche nie fein sind, aber er ist sehr sorgfältig und schmerzfrei vorgegangen. Jeder zeit wieder :) Very nice ordination, super competent team! I felt very comfortable and everyone knows that visits to the dentist are never great, but he was very careful and painless. Any time :)

He fixed my retention wire, which came out of my teeth 3 days after, so he didn't do his job well. When I went back there few days after, they tried to charge me of fixing it. When I said it is not fair charge me twice, when it wasn't my mistake that the job wasn't done correctly, the doctor yelled at me and told me to never come back again. Now 2 months after the retention wire came out of my teeth again and it left with a big piece of plastic which he hat put between my teeth even though the plastic supposed to be only behind my teeth to cover the retention wire. I have now a big gap between my teeth because of that incorrectly placed retention wire, which I never had before.
