Meinen besonderen Dank an Herrn Molnar der in seinem Beruf hochqualifiziert ist ! Natürlich das andere Team bemühen sich auch sehr um das Wohl der Patienten ! Gehe wahrscheinlich ein drittes Mal auch noch hin!! Was there for the second time from Feb 11th to March 11th! Must say wasn't a bad stay! My special thanks to Mr. Molnar who is highly qualified in his job! Of course the other team also go out of their way to ensure the patient's well-being! I will probably go there a third time too !!

Das Essen abwechslungsreich,schmackhaft und eine gute Auswahl.?Das Servicepersonal im Speisesaal flott,hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt.?Leider im Gegensatz zur Cafeteria ?. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer echt topp ?.Und das Reinigungspersonal sauber und fleißig. Ich kann nur dem ganzen Haus meinen größten Dank und Respekt aussprechen dies auch in dieser schwierigen Covid Situation täglich möglich zu machen ?? Come with high expectations that have been exceeded by far ?. The entire medical team, like therapists, is competent, friendly and attuned to the patient. The food varied, tasty and a good selection. The service staff in the dining room was brisk, helpful and always in a good mood. Unfortunately, in contrast to the cafeteria. The decor of the room was really top ?. And the cleaning staff was clean and hard-working. I can only express my greatest thanks and respect to the whole house to make this possible every day even in this difficult Covid situation ??

Die Therapeuten sind bemüht, haben aber zu wenig Möglichkeiten. canceled the rehab after 1 week. Didn't meet my expectations. The kitchen is a nightmare. The therapists try hard, but have too few options.

Everything was great. All doctors, but also therapists, up to nursing staff, service staff. All are nemūht. PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLEX SUPPORT!

Vermutlich aus Kostengründen, aber richtig arges Haus: grausliches Essen und meist fleischlos, auch wenn man anderes bestellt hat. Beschwerst du dich kriegst du Gnocchi mit Vanillesauce. Komplett überfordert das Pflegepersonal. Weitgehend äußerst unfreundliche Pfleger und Schwestern und das ist ein Hilfsausdruck. Meiner Meinung nach keinesfalls geeignet für Schlaganfallspatienten. Bei Problemen werden Psychopharmaka rigoros gehandhabt. Keine Lüftung in den Zimmern, nicht einmal am Clo. Der einzige Raum mit Kühlung, ist der Geräteraum für medizinische Geräte. Wenn es draußen 32 Grad hat, dann hat es drinnen 2 Grad mehr. Denn Lüften geht nur über die Raucherterassen bei Nacht. Auf den Photos die Highlights des Essens, Abendessen vom Sonntag und ein Putenschnitzerl. Die Lampe im Zimmer. Beim reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht einmal ein Müsli drinnen....Das verdient überhaupt keinen Stern, arme Therapeuten, die hätten was Besseres verdient. Good therapists, but otherwise completely creepy. Probably for cost reasons, but really bad house: gruesome food and mostly meatless, even if you ordered something else. If you complain, you get gnocchi with vanilla sauce. The nursing staff was completely overwhelmed. Mostly extremely unfriendly carers and nurses and that is an auxiliary expression. In my opinion by no means suitable for stroke patients. If there are problems, psychotropic drugs are used rigorously. No ventilation in the rooms, not even at the cloak. The only room with cooling is the equipment room for medical equipment. If it's 32 degrees outside, it's 2 degrees more inside. Because ventilation is only possible via the smoking terrace at night. On the photos the highlights of the meal, dinner on Sunday and a turkey schnitzel. The lamp in the room. At the rich breakfast buffet there is not even a muesli inside ... That doesn't deserve a star at all, poor therapists who deserve something better.
S	Sabine Krammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin heute nach 4 Wochen Reha nach Hause gekommen und würde am liebsten meine Koffer wieder einpacken und nochmal 4 Wochen dranhängen. Die Therapeuten sind sehr bemüht um jeden Patienten. Die Therapien sind abwechslungsreich und auch zeitlich sehr gut eingeteilt. Man wurde aufgemuntert wenn es einen mal schlecht ging und wurde auch ermutigt weiter zu machen, wenn man ein Ziel geschafft hat. Das Essen war viel zu gut, die normalen Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Was mir weniger gefallen bzw. gepasst hat, war Kein Wasser (Flasche) am Tisch sondern nur ein Glas Wasser (richtig erfrischend kalt) Obst gab es die erste Woche so gut wie keines, erst nach meiner Beschwerde gab es ein paar Äpfeln und manchmal auch eine Nektarine oder Banane. Eine lümmelnde Servierkraft deren Haare ungepflegt bis zur Anrichte hinunter hingen, die es nicht einmal der Mühe wert fand einen behinderten Menschen das leere Tablett abzunehmen, ebenso der männliche Kellner. Die anderen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ebenfalls sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt die Zimmerreinigung mehr als 10 min hat keine gebraucht, der Fußboden war danach mehr verschmiert als vorher unter dem Tisch wurden 4 Wochen nicht gewischt. Plus: Die Bettwäsche wurde wöchentlich getauscht. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt den ich bereits gebucht habe. I came home today after 4 weeks of rehab and would on I would like to pack my suitcase again and hang on for another 4 weeks. The therapists make every effort to look after every patient. The therapies are varied and also very well timed. You were cheered up when things went bad and you were too encourages to keep going when one has achieved a goal. The food was way too good, the normal portions more than adequate. What I liked or didn't like that much was No water (bottle) at the table, just a glass of water (really refreshingly cold) The first week there was hardly any fruit, only after my complaint was there a couple of apples and sometimes a nectarine or a banana. A slouching waitress whose hair hung unkempt all the way down to the sideboard, who didn't even bother to find a disabled person the empty tray to lose weight, as did the male waiter. The others were very friendly and accommodating. Also the room cleaning left a lot to be desired for more than 10 minutes used, the floor was smeared more than before under the table 4 weeks not wiped. Plus: the bed linen was changed weekly. I am already looking forward to my next stay that I have already booked.
B	Birke Besen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bewerte im Auftrag meines Vaters. Er war sehr sehr zufrieden. Die MitarbeiterInnen egal ob Arzt, Pflegekräfte, Reinigungskräfte usw..... Waren alle sehr nett und kompetent, so seine Aussage. Er war vor der Reha sehr verunsichert, da er nicht gerne wo anders ist. Auch beim Essen ist er wirklich sehr Heikel. Die Familie hatte Sorge, dass wir ihm einen täglichen Lieferservice mit Wurstsemmeln organisieren müssen.....was sollen wir sagen, er hat sogar zugenommen in der Zeit der Reha, das spricht eindeutig für dieses Zentrum. Also alles top und laut meinem Vater mit voller Punktezahl zu bewerten. I rate on behalf of my father. He was very very happy. The employees, whether doctors, nurses, cleaners, etc. were all very nice and competent, he said. He was very insecure before rehab because he doesn't like being anywhere else. He's also really picky when it comes to eating. The family was worried that we would have to organize a daily delivery service with sausage rolls..... what can we say, he even gained weight during the rehabilitation period, which clearly speaks for this center. So everything was great and, according to my father, to be rated with full points.

Sicherlich lädt sich immer was finden über das man meckern oder was besser sein könnte !! Aber ich bin ja nich auf Urlaub hier !! Es sind alle Bereiche immer stets bemüht vorallem im Moment mit den ganzen Maßnahmen und Vorschriften keine leichte Sache !! Daher ein großes Dankeschön an das ganze Haus !!! Vom eintreffen bis zur Abreise waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption immer freundlich und hatten ein offenes Ohr für jedes Anliegen !! Das Servise Team sowie die Küche leisteten jeden Tag einen super Job !!! Ein großes Lob den Schwestern sowie den gesamten Reinigungs Team die jeden Tag hervorragendes leisten !!!! Den einzigen Kritikpunkt den ich zum Schluss anbringen möchte ist das Menschen mit Rollator oder Rollstuhl sich schwer tun und an der frischen Luft zu verweilen !! Was on rehab in Kittsee from mid-August to mid-September !! On the whole I was very satisfied! Certainly there will always be something to complain about or what could be better !! But I'm not here on vacation !! All areas are always striving, especially at the moment with all the measures and regulations not an easy thing! So a big thank you to the whole house! From arrival to departure, the staff at the reception were always friendly and had an open ear for every request! The service team and the kitchen did a great job every day! Kudos to the sisters and the entire cleaning team who do an excellent job every day !!!! The only point of criticism that I would like to make at the end is that people with walkers or wheelchairs find it difficult to stay in the fresh air!
