M	Manuel Ecker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ein Reinfall... Zwei mal innerhalb eines Jahres ist die Entspiegelung gebrochen. Beim ersten mal auf Kulanz gelöst, mit der Erklärung das kann durch die Temperatur im Auto passieren. (da im Sommer passiert kann man sich das Vorstellen) Gestern das gleiche nochmal, Außentemperatur 17°C woher das nun kommen soll... keine Ahnung. Der Berater meinte ob wir nicht gleich die Augen neu vermessen möchten wenn man schon die Gläser tauschen muss, dabei hat sich eine Veränderung von 0,5 ergeben. HIERBEI gibt es dann aber keinen Kulanztausch da sich ja die Augen verändert haben. Daher wird man zu Kasse gebeten um wiederum die gleiche mindere Qualität zu bekommen.... Man lernt daraus, daher heute gleich zur Brilleria nach Baden gefahren, und neue Gläser bestellt. Dort wurde auch vom Stammoptiker festgestellt das die Glasqualität nicht am neuesten Stand war und auch die Entspiegelung in minderer Qualität verkauft wurde (welche weit anfälliger auf Beschädigung ist). Beim Kauf wurde das so allerdings nicht kommuniziert, vor allem da bei einem Brillenkauf von € 400+ die paar Euro für die bessere Entspiegelung sicherlich nicht ins Gewicht fallen... War uns eine Lehre, wir bleiben bei unserem Stammoptiker, dort wird Service halt groß geschrieben. Unfortunately a letdown ... The anti-reflective coating is broken twice within a year. The first time resolved on goodwill, with the explanation that this can happen due to the temperature in the car. (as this happens in summer you can imagine) Yesterday the same thing again, outside temperature 17 ° C where it should come from ... I don't know. The consultant said whether we would like to re-measure the eyes right away if you already have to change the glasses, this resulted in a change of 0.5. HERE, however, there is no exchange of goodwill because the eyes have changed. Therefore, you are asked to pay in order to get the same inferior quality again ... One learns from it, so today went straight to the Brilleria in Baden and ordered new glasses. There it was also determined by the regular optician that the glass quality was not up to date and that the anti-reflective coating was also sold in a lower quality (which is far more susceptible to damage). However, this was not communicated when buying, especially since the few euros for the better anti-reflective coating certainly do not matter if you buy glasses for € 400+ ... It was an apprenticeship for us, we will stay with our regular optician, service is very important there.

T	Tho Pi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Empfehlung eines Freundes war ich heute erstmals bei diesem Optiker, und wie vorab schon scherzhaft bemerkt "Der beste Optiker der Welt" hat sich voll und ganz bestätigt. Sehr freundlich, kompetent, geduldig, und das nicht gespielt, sondern echt, sehr angenehme, gute Beratung, vielleicht könnte die Auswahl an Brillen eine Spur umfangreicher sein, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Es hat sich mehr als ausgezahlt von Wien nach Guntramsdorf zu fahren. Und obwohl ich bis jetzt kein Freund von Brillen war - bin Kontaktlinsenträger - könnte ich, nachdem ich eine wirklich schöne gefunden habe, zu einem werden. Komme sehr gerne wieder, schön, dass es so etwas noch gibt :o) On the recommendation of a friend, I was with this optician for the first time today, and as I jokingly noted "The best optician in the world" has been fully confirmed. Very friendly, competent, patient, and not played, but real, very pleasant, good advice, maybe the selection of glasses could be a bit more extensive, but the price-performance ratio is excellent. It was more than worth it to drive from Vienna to Guntramsdorf. And even though I haven't been a friend of glasses up until now - I'm a contact lens wearer - after I found a really nice one, I could become one. Would love to come back, nice that something like this still exists: o)

Brillenrahmen und Gläser sind im Vergleich zu den anderen Großanbietern gleichteuer bzw. günstiger, aber der Qualitätsanspruch und die Beratung sind um vieles besser. Great, friendly and very competent team. You immediately feel in good hands. Spectacle frames and glasses are the same or cheaper compared to the other major suppliers, but the quality standards and advice are much better.
